It sold 30,000 copies across the world, including a blood records record number in the US. 30,000 people are insane lol

Deserves the world, though I get why with sabrina kinda casually dropping the video if it doesnt go back to the top 40

Would be her 18th charting song if it stays

Yeah no way in hell lol

She's gunning for that riaa diamond cert

Yeah, I mean, I get it in some ways, but I dont think it's that serious. It was clearly from a place of ignorance, she thought they were yodeling. And if they were yodeling, she'd be right, it'd be weird. I don't think you can expect someone to know every significant cultural thing. Now, maybe she could've handled it better, but thats something you shake your head at and hope someone informs her about, not treat her like she's a racist who deserves to have her career ended

It would be cool to see, but she didn't. But an absolutely incredible performance. Anyone who has even a mild interest should watch it. Song order was a bit confusing but it more than made up for it with insane production, she must've have used 15 different sets and 50 dancers

Today is the day. She goes on at about 9PM PDT, which if my math is correct, is 5AM BST. It will be livestreamed on YouTube and if I understand, you can watch it afterwards up until the saturday stream begins. Sabrina has said she has worked 7 months on the show and that this is her most ambitious show, and as a result seems to be burning through an impressive budget, so i'm incredibly excited Here's the stream

This is definitely a post-album single, the only real post-album single she's released this era. Just not one thatll do much on the charts cause of how sabrina has chosen to do it

I liked it, not my favorite sabrina mv, honestly probably least favorite since she got a budget, but still a great video and a lot of fun

In addition to the video, a new vinyl single has been released on her site UK Link As well as her house tour doormat being re-stocked

Yeah I really respect it. I mean, 7 month old song, video on YouTube, releasing on a monday, announced on april fools day where some people thought she was joking, no physicals despite shooting the video last month. Like, it's almost tailor made to not impact the charts

Insane. 4th fastest album ever to do it, only behind bad bunny's last 2 albums and Billie eilish's hit me hard and soft

It would be kinda funny if she got 2 significant actresses together, got them into makeup and costume, got out the expensive cameras, just to do a fake music video teaser I mean I wouldnt want it to be fake but it would be funny

It's definitely one of the songs I go back to the most. "I promise none of this is a metaphor, I just want you to come inside" to me is the funniest lyric she's ever written

It wasnt really a single. The label promoted it because thats what was easy to promote as a song that the majority of people hadn't heard. Sabrina's part of it was to throw it on streaming in the middle of christmas week. She probably picked the worst day if her goal was to make it successful. In Sabrina's vision, I'd reckon House Tour is really only the 3rd single after Manchild and Tears

It appears House Tour will be the next single, with a new video coming on Monday. Sabrina posted a teaser on instagram with the caption "no joke...house tour video this Monday❤️xo" Link to teaser

Thanks! I get dumb & Poetic, Couldn't make it any harder, and bad reviews not getting there yet. Love dumb & poetic but its not exactly a song you put on replay, and the other 2 being deluxe tracks, hard to get there. But man, Lie to Girls deserves the world. One of the best sonically and her most introspective song on the album

Deserved more, sugar talking is probably the song i think about most from MBF Out of curiosity, what do SnS certs look like? Are they all silver yet?

Yeah I dont think it's that surprising at all. Short n sweet was a record breaking album in terms of longevity in the top 5, you arent likely to get close to that with a followup it doesnt matter who you are

So what are we thinking, 10-12 weeks?

For anyone interested, lollapalooza chile is currently underway. Sabrina is set to take the stage in 2.5 hours Here's a link to a stream of the main stage

Not much to talk about right now with sabrina working on her festival run, but probably will heat up a bit next week when that begins again. 5 shows in 9 days, and it'll be interesting to see what her set looks like in her first performances announced after MBF

A video the brits posted showed a spot for Sabrina. Was not expecting that cause for all anyone knows, she's rehearsing to be ready for her South American festival run. So it'll be interesting to see if she attends or not
