Keeping it short n' sweet - Sabrina general discussion
Especially if youre going against Sabrina as a politician. She ended the career of the mayor of new york, dont mess with her

Sabrina Carpenter - Man’s Best Friend
Up to 276,309 now. With 3 weeks left in the year, it needs an average of a little under 8k a week to go platinum this year. With nearly 10k this week, i think it's almost a given that itll officially be declared platinum on boxing day

Keeping it short n' sweet - Sabrina general discussion
It's now been deleted cause they got embarrassed and probably threatened. The tiktok version has been muted

Sabrina Carpenter - A Nonsense Christmas
It's cause a nonsense Christmas came out a year before fruitcake, right as nonsense was really taking off, so it was like, this is by far her most popular song to date, lets milk it. It led to a bit of an awkward situation where Santa doesnt know like I do got pushed to radio when fruitcake was released but a nonsense Christmas got playlisted. But yeah I agree, buy me presents is the superior track and should be bigger

Sabrina Carpenter - Short n' Sweet
And #1 in the UK

Friday Chart Predictions
Also Sabrina's Nobody's Son at 99 I like skinny for the highest new entry, the only one above it is Central Cee's new song and that fell 12 places in 24 hours. Dropping another 28 in the next 4+ days doesnt seem crazy to me

Sabrina Carpenter - Man’s Best Friend
I'm starting to like its odds for this year. Only needs 8,423 average across its final 4 weeks of the year, and it's still doing 9.5k. And Christmas could give a small boost, if it is anything like how Short n Sweet got a Christmas boost.

Sabrina Carpenter - A Nonsense Christmas
Yeah thats what ive been thinking. Its why I want to see her push another song. In the US, a nonsense christmas cant even chart because it got combined with the original, which went recurrent. And in the UK it's about to be a non factor probably forever. Buy me presents at least has another year before it goes on permanent ACR, and Last Christmas with Chappell could do some insane numbers if they officially released it

Sabrina Carpenter - Man’s Best Friend
Up to 256,818 YTD with 5-6 weeks to go, should still be #9 this week but climb to #8 next week.

Friday Chart Predictions
Everything that has happened to her. She turns real life events into art. She didnt like the fact that someone could take those events and control what happens to them forever, and profit handsomely off of it. Someone else's chart success wasnt on her mind, them being able to control their work, if they so chose, was. Thinking about it, i'd argue everything she does in regards to variants is perfectly in line with that thought process. Taylor wanted the ability to control her art, and wanted other artists to understand how they could also earn that ability, and she uses that ability to release a ton of variants. It's not inconsistent, it's using the freedom you fought for.

Friday Chart Predictions
I dont think though that's at all comparable, and I say it as someone who doesnt like variants. Taylor's main point was to bring awareness on how record labels can essentially take your story away from you, and she wanted to take her story back. That has nothing at all to do with the charts, really.

Sabrina Carpenter - Man’s Best Friend
Should hold at YTD #9 this week, but could climb to #8 next week.
