  1. I like my full sugar pee, thank you very much
  2. The boots really haven't stopped working have they
  3. Taste but blue (da ba dee) is a good choice too
  4. Glad to see please please please enter the top 10. Gaining really fast on cruel Summer and Texas Hold Em too. Interested to see when Taste will enter the top 100
  5. It's still decently far behind on Apple music but we need it bad
  6. I'm curious if the tour kicking off will do enough to reset it, probably a long shot but I dont think it's out of question
  7. I think Timeless takes the top spot in the singles chart this week. I have to figure right now Taste is behind because Timeless probably is doing great in sales, and you see sometimes where major debuts in streaming only gain after day 1, even through the weekend they gain. I think Taste needs to maintain at least this kind of lead all week in streaming, and I don't see it happening unless sabrina brings out a major surprise for MSG and it goes mega viral. I'm gonna say it'll go: Timeless, Taste, Good Luck Babe, Die With A Smile, Espresso for the top 5. Maybe Birds of a Feather replacing Espresso if BOAF gets an ACR reset because of the music video
  8. She's got a Christmas special coming up on Netflix, would love to see fruitcake, her Christmas EP from last year, make a spash because of it
  9. It makes sense when you look at whats been above espresso, country music and US rap are gaining in popularity in the UK but they lose just enough for sabrina to slide by. If you removed the country and rap songs above her, she'd probably lead for 17 weeks in the US as well
  10. Just the 5th act and 1st woman to score 17 weeks at #1 in a calendar year: 1: 1953 Frankie Laine (28) 2: 2017 Ed Sheeran (20) 3: 2021 Ed Sheeran (19) T4: 1961 Elvis Presley (18) T4: 1963 The Beatles (18) 6: 2024 Sabrina Carpenter (17)
  11. Taste has left quite the impression, 5 weeks to be exact
  12. Sabrina gotta be approaching some kind of record, right? 5 straight weeks with 3 songs in the top 5
  13. Personally hot to go is just annoying to me but I'm glad yall enjoy it
  14. It doesn't help that he says diet p like a 8 year old looking around all over to make sure his mom isn't listening before telling his friend "heck"
  15. I guess Jack showed him the door.
  16. It's a good song don't get me wrong, my favorite one on the first listen. But upon more time listening, bed chem just became so addictive between her falsetto in the chorus, the playful lyrics, and the way she scats in the outro. Plus it sounds like nothing else on the album, which i think you need if you're gonna do a 4th single before Christmas
  17. It really should be the next single, I think a video would instantly propel it to the top. However, a lot of people think Juno will be the next single cause she puts the most into it for her concerts. Like even more than the 3 singles, Juno is the crown jewel of her concerts. I hope they're wrong, Bed Chem I think is the song that you dream of for a 4th single
  18. Spotify and Apple Music can be quite different. Yesterday in the US, future occupied the top 7 spots on Apple music and 17 in the top 27. Only 5 of those songs are in the top 200 on Spotify. I know US and UK are different but it shows some songs can be incredibly popular on one service and nonexistent on another
  19. Frankie Laine has the record, did 28 weeks back in 1953. Here's the list currently for most weeks in a calendar year: 1: 1953 Frankie Laine (28) 2: 2017 Ed Sheeran (20) 3: 2021 Ed Sheeran (19) T4: 1961 Elvis Presley (18) T4: 1963 The Beatles (18) T6: 1978 Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta (16) T6: 1991 Bryan Adams (16) T6: 2024 Sabrina Carpenter (16)
  20. Gap between 1 and 2 is definitely shrinking week to week but looks pretty in hand for this week. If Taste has the same type of drop again, it might be a battle though next week
  21. I'm an American getting into the UK Charts this year for the first time and I've been having a lot of fun. The US charts are way more stuck than the UK Charts, and you just get a wider variety. Plus, I feel like we over-emphasize the top 10 in the US and it means songs that are doing well get overlooked. I've learned so much more I like by just listening to radio 1 every Friday than I have with the US charts. And on a sorta related note, y'alls program is so much better than anything we have. We get a countdown of the top 40 radio songs, with loads of commercials, and boring conversation sometimes not even related to music before Ryan Seacrest introduces a song that isn't even in the countdown but it might be someday. Y'all are doing it right
  22. Vinyls to celebrate 1 year of the album also shipped this week
