  1. Also Sabrina's Nobody's Son at 99 I like skinny for the highest new entry, the only one above it is Central Cee's new song and that fell 12 places in 24 hours. Dropping another 28 in the next 4+ days doesnt seem crazy to me
  2. I'm starting to like its odds for this year. Only needs 8,423 average across its final 4 weeks of the year, and it's still doing 9.5k. And Christmas could give a small boost, if it is anything like how Short n Sweet got a Christmas boost.
  3. Yeah thats what ive been thinking. Its why I want to see her push another song. In the US, a nonsense christmas cant even chart because it got combined with the original, which went recurrent. And in the UK it's about to be a non factor probably forever. Buy me presents at least has another year before it goes on permanent ACR, and Last Christmas with Chappell could do some insane numbers if they officially released it
  4. Up to 256,818 YTD with 5-6 weeks to go, should still be #9 this week but climb to #8 next week.
  5. Everything that has happened to her. She turns real life events into art. She didnt like the fact that someone could take those events and control what happens to them forever, and profit handsomely off of it. Someone else's chart success wasnt on her mind, them being able to control their work, if they so chose, was. Thinking about it, i'd argue everything she does in regards to variants is perfectly in line with that thought process. Taylor wanted the ability to control her art, and wanted other artists to understand how they could also earn that ability, and she uses that ability to release a ton of variants. It's not inconsistent, it's using the freedom you fought for.
  6. I dont think though that's at all comparable, and I say it as someone who doesnt like variants. Taylor's main point was to bring awareness on how record labels can essentially take your story away from you, and she wanted to take her story back. That has nothing at all to do with the charts, really.
  7. Should hold at YTD #9 this week, but could climb to #8 next week.
  8. Has the top 5 albums ever been all female solo artists before, or is this a first?
  9. Oasis will also have 2, with Time Flies and Morning Glory
  10. Taylor just narrowly gained on the art of loving from Monday to Wednesday, by 61 units
  11. It looks like the top 10 is gonna be The Life of a Showgirl Short n Sweet +-=÷× Time Flies...1994-2009 50 Years: Don't Stop The Highlights (What's the Story) Morning Glory Man's Best Friend You'll Be Alright, Kid Diamonds
  12. Sabrina is set to star and produce in a new version of Alice in Wonderland for Universal. She originally sold an Alice concept to Netflix with the same production company in 2020, but signed with Island Records the next year and dedicated herself to music. Now that she's made it, she approached Universal with a concept for Alice and now it's official Link to article
  13. Fruitcake on vinyl has returned to her store, with a new milky clear variant Link to the variant Theres also a liquid sparkle variant that right now is only on the US store, but i'll update if it gets added
  14. Yeah, I know sabrina says she doesnt really care about the charts, but imo they had it in the bag if they just sold it a bit cheaper, did something new like a cool variant or a couple physical exclusive tracks that fans have been begging for (like Strawberry Moon) and offered it on cd, I think she wouldve had the ~2.2k she needed to go top 10
  15. Buy me presents is one of the best songs she's ever done and I wish it got the push it deserves
  16. If she gets someone like Megan thee stallion to add a rap verse, i'm fully in on this being the 3rd single. It needs an extra verse and I think it fits Megan's energy
  17. MBF is now at 238,131 units. I believe that'll make MBF #10 YTD, leapfrogging over People Watching and Diamonds. Basically guaranteed to jump over Midwest Princess by the end of next week for #9, if it hasnt already
  18. I like her odds for music video, I dont hate her odds for the pop solo categories, I dont like her odds for the rest
  19. Does anyone know the record for longest time between first and 2nd weeks in the top 10?
  20. Day ruining that they didnt play it
  21. I think house tour or WDYGH are going to be the next single, if there is one Goodbye is definitely ABBA inspired, she's a huge ABBA fan
  22. True, but it was never fully a true single, idk
  23. MBF will stay YTD 12th this week, though I think theres pretty good odds that it jumps next week, and goes to 9 or 10 within 2 weeks.
  24. At this point, probably not. I mean, tomorrow is november, theres a month before the charts just get dominated by Christmas. Makes more sense to wait til January, if theres even going to be another single on the standard edition
