What i'm confused though by is the new billboard rules. The rules state that new digital variants (ones that contain any new music beyond what is already available on physical releases) cannot be released mid-week in week 1. Also, they increased the minimum price of albums from $4.99 to $7.99, and as far as I can see, the new variants are $4.99 on itunes

This was never really a singles led era, and Sabrina is particular in that if something doesnt make for a music video up to her standards, it'll never get a full push. So I wouldnt hold your breath
