Hi Rep, great to see Nicole Kidman new in. Another great BOP from Adéla!

Congrats @blacksquare for the win. TBH for me this is the least favourite winner of the year. I already did not like the Tourist song RobBot send earlier this year much, but this I found worse as the vocals sounded to me very exchangeable. Also places 2 and 3 were not among my favourites - never saw the hype around Cherry Cola. Places 4-7 are decent stuff I like a lot and voted for Another thing I don't get is why Crawlers are placed last - for me this was the standout ALT-song of this contest, but maybe a bit too straight for many. Also Gala should have been rewarded wit more points. Great presentation of the results @Iz様 🌟 .

This is a strange contest indeed. Wasn’t it advertised as the return of pop nations and now it looks like the most ALT heavy contest ever.

Here goes my number one. Absolutely fantastic song with great lyrics and production. 01. Icona Pop Feat. Charlie XCX - I Love It (4) 02. Naughty Boy, Sam Smith - La La La (9) 03. Sadeness is awesome. I always have this on my list for 1990 as this took some time to take off in the UK. For me this is battling for #1 with another tune still to come.

Thrift Shop was never really my cup - not the style of music but must admit that it is well-produced and performed. Therefore, this is place #22 for me. 02. Naughty Boy, Sam Smith - La La La (9) 03. Avicii - Wake Me Up (17) 05. One Republic - Counting Stars (22) 06. John Newman - Love Me Again (12) 07. Katy Perry - Roar (8) 08. Eminem Feat. Rihanna - The Monster (24) 09. Wow - that are a lot well-known artists. I think I know about 85% of the artists but a lower percentage of the songs.

Hi John, great to have Lily up to #4. Nice to have Faouzia in at #100 - this song hit me yesterday like a storm - what a great vocal performance - this song is so great and will be in my Top 10 next week.

Hi Rob, Rebecca Black seems not so much up my street - did not find any of her songs on her recent album really great. Favourites of your Top 10: Boys, Nicole Kidman, Vogue (however, Wildfire is currently my favourite from their album), and Ain't In LA. When In Rome is good, but I doubt it will reach Top 20 in my charts. "I Do" my highlight from your new entries.

Hi Hayden, Crank 2 somewhat did not hit me, but I love numbers 1,2,4,7 and 9 from your Top 10. Particularly, Faouzia's song just reached me yesterday and it is fantastic.

Hi K, nice to see Adéla at 3. This is really a nice debut album from her. Nicole Kidman is currently growing a lot for me and Boys is another great song from her.

Hi Joseph, nice to see the Mis-Teeq classics. How you like the new Troye Sivan song?

Hi ya, great to see Marianne at #1. I have ordered the Wasia Project album today. "Vogue" is nice but "Wildlife" is insanely great. Looking forward listening to the whole thing.

Overall I can’t stand Bryan‘s voice much - he is really a No-artist for me. Everything I do might be his best song and I quite liked it a bit in the beginning but 16 weeks on top and denying 2 Unlimited the #1 made me hate this song in 1991. Nowadays I am more relaxed with it and would put it somewhere in the middle.

Have only heard the two singles so far. Bass persuades I liked a bit in the beginning but it went really boring after more listens. Let’s get married I played 5-6 times so far and it’s really a great pop song - so much better than the title track from this album. Hope the other tracks are more like this.

Tove Styrke‘s song is awesome and my favourite from the selection. Songs from Freya and Say Now. Missing Yndling - Shell- my new song of the week.

Let‘s see who will win the third half.

Eventhough not my favourite song from Miley, it is decent enough to be #13 in my ranking in a very strong year of #1's. 02. Naughty Boy, Sam Smith - La La La (9) 03. Avicii - Wake Me Up (17) 05. One Republic - Counting Stars (22) 06. John Newman - Love Me Again (12) 07. Katy Perry - Roar (8) 08. Eminem Feat. Rihanna - The Monster (24) 09. Lily Allen - Somewhere Only We Know (7) 10. Jason Derulo Feat. 2 Chainz - Talk Dirty (28) 11. Ellie Goulding - Burn (18) 12. Storm Queen - Look Right Through (MK Remix) (10) 13. Miley Cyrus - Wrecking Ball (6) 14. Martin Garrix - Animals (16) 15. Duke Dumont Feat. A*M*E - Need You (100%) (14) 17. Pharrell Williams - Happy (19) 18. Rudimental Feat. Ella Eyre - Waiting For You (11) 19. Miley Cyrus - We Can't Stop (15) 20. Avicii & Nicky Romero - I Could Be The One (23) 21. The Saturdays Feat. Sean Paul - What About Us (21) 23. Calvin Harris & Alesso Feat. Hurts - Under Control (20) 24. Robin Thicke feat. T.I. & Pharrell Williams – Blurred Lines (31) 25. Will.I.Am Featuring Britney Spears - Scream & Shout (26) 27. Sam Bailey - Skyscraper (27) 28. One Direction – One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks) (30) 29. PJ & Duncan – Let's Get Ready to Rhumble (29) 30. James Arthur - Impossible (25) 31. Bingo Players Feat. Far East Movement - Get Up (Rattle) (13) Really wondering that one apecific song has not appeared so far as I find it one of the weakest effort for that specific artist.

Nothing which really hooks with me on the album - all a bit mid imo.

THIS IS ANGELIC! Where did this hide the last 12 months before me. Easily one of the best thing I have heard so far this year. This song is perfect. Hopefully this will go Top 10 worldwide!

Hi Sergej, my favourite songs from your Top 40: 3 1 1(×1) 7 ADÉLA – "Ain't In LA" 8 25 8 6 KATSEYE – "Animal" 11 4 4 13 ANNA – "WHITE GIRL WASTED" 12 7 3 5 Slayyyter – "brand new chanel$" 14 15 9 3 Fontaines D.C. – "Marianne" 15 10 1(×2) 14 Angelina Mango ft. Hi Jade, nice to see the new Sophia Stel in at #5. This song is so brilliant. For next week another beautiful song from hemlocke springs entering?

Hi Juranamo, another great song from Florrie - she can also do ballads - can't wait for the full album! Angie is back with a new song today - another nice one from her:

Hi Addy, "Training Season" coming back strong. I never understood why it was not more succesful on its initial run. Hope it can grab the Top 3 in the offical UK charts this time. Really like the new entries from Pandora, Ane Brun and Haute & Freddy, but don't see the appeal in Cherry Cola.

This is a brilliant cover version of the Keane song - both versions are brilliant and Lily definitely adds something to the aleady great original. My rank is #9. 02. Naughty Boy, Sam Smith - La La La (9) 03. Avicii - Wake Me Up (17) 05. One Republic - Counting Stars (22) 06. John Newman - Love Me Again (12) 07. Katy Perry - Roar (8) 08. Eminem Feat. Rihanna - The Monster (24) 09. Lily Allen - Somewhere Only We Know (7) 10. Jason Derulo Feat. 2 Chainz - Talk Dirty (28) 11. Ellie Goulding - Burn (18) 12.
