  1. Team Nelly here. Such a great song.
  2. 87 Crystal Waters - Gypsy Woman One of the biggest garage house anthems of all time. Produced by Basement Boys this was the first solo single of Crystal Waters, which initially became a big hit peaking at #2 in June 1991. She had three further top 20 hits with "Makin' Happy" (1991), "100% Pure Love" (1994) and "Destination Calabria" (with Alex Gaudino in 2007).
  3. All three very good songs. Madonna had a weaker phase through the midnineties, but from 98 onwards she was back releasing many great songs - this is one of it. Justin also had many great hits - SexyBack is no exception. "Smile" is my favourite out of the so far listed songs. A feel good hit - absolutely love it. There is also a brilliant drum & bass mix by Shy FX:
  4. "No One Knows You Better" sounds like a grower. Nice #1.
  5. Oooh - I missed that call. The next time I will be on board.

Yeah, corrected it above. For me it is both the generic production fostered by the silly vocals.
  7. Looking forward to Vault 82 and hope it's happening. Also hope for 85-89 soon.

From that list I have only 5: 12 Lewis Capaldi ~ Something in the Heavens 10 Jack Black ~ Steve's Lava Chicken 8 Alex Warren ~ Ordinary 7 Morgan Wallen ~ I'm the Problem 6 Kendrick Lamar ~ Squabble Up Unfortunately I can not list these: Disco Lines Feat. Tinashe - No Broke Boys (this would be top of my list) Haven - I Run Benson Boone - Beautiful Things Lily Allen - Pussy Palace
  9. Wow - Geri's appearence that early surprises me. For me, her songs are somewhere in the lower midfield.
  10. Horrible release, but I also dislike their previous releases - only "If I Let You Go" was a bit better imo. "I Have A Dream" on the other hand is even weak for Westlife. My bottom three of 1999 are: 34 Cliff Richard - The Millennium Prayer (1/10) 33 Westlife - I Have A Dream (1/10) 32 Westlife - Swear It Again (1.5/10) I already counted the Steps one for 98, so have one song less.
  11. 88 Dannii Minogue - Love And Kisses Dannii's debut, which peaked @ #8 in April 1991. A nice energetic dance song with a catchy hook.

Zephyra Continuum votes are in 😉
  13. Had a listen on "A Little Bit More" today and it is really awful.
  14. That Boyzone song is definately above all Westlife songs of that year and still ahead above other #1's of the year. It is not because of the lame original, but I find the Jewels & Stones Mix quite uplifting - nice piece of Hi-NRG.

Need to listen some more to the SF2 songs. Thanks for the playlist. A bit shocked that Teen Angst got only a few votes as this was one of my favourite songs of SF2.
  16. Looking forward to it. I will reveal my top 100 between christmas and new year as there are still two regular chart weeks for me. How do you compile your top 100? I have a point system for each week (1 to 80 points for places 40 to 1), which will be summed up.
  17. Need to re-listen to all #1's of '99 tomorrow, but I guess Millenium Prayer will definately close to the bottom together with some Westlife.

  19. Nice that the entries from Sukatani and JT went through. Does anyone know where I can buy the Sukatani song as download?
  20. Nice to see Lee Chanhyuk went through - it is a big favourite in the Zephyra Continuum. We will definitely be back next month with another entry and hope to reach our first final then.
  21. Nice that Francesca went through.
  22. I would also think they should have done one disc with rave hits only. It is really underrepresented. Just received NOW 122 and think it is quite good except the last 5 songs on disc 2. Sombr really missing. Would have also tried to include Zombie from Yungblud. Also received 60-62 - a good addition for me as I had only about 6 songs from it before.
  23. "Put Your Hands Up For Detroit" was the biggest crowd pleaser of 2006 - this is definitely among my top 3 #1 hits of 2006. That Meck song was OK, but nothing special imo.
  24. 89 Genesis - No Son Of Mine A perfect pop-rock song from Genesis. Fantastic vocals from Phil Collins. A great chill-out song. Peaked at #6 in November 1991.
