Olivia Dean - So Easy (To Fall in Love)
It is my favourite song of the whole album. Really soulful and much better than "Man I Need", which I still rate average.

Round 8: Year End Survivor #131
A pity that Kandi has gone. Voted Linkin Park.
-
Round 5: Year End Survivor #132
Can't believe that the Pussycat Dolls were dropped that early - my favourite song out of the list. Now is the time for Flo Rida.

Round 2: Ultimate Survivor XIII
Mr. Brightside - as this is so overplayed. Hissing the "Somebody Told Me" flag!!!

Jade ranks the 2006 #1s
I do not remember the Notorious BIG song - In general I don't like that post-death releases at all. For 2 Pac they really milked the cow to death and none of that songs were really worth to listen. For my ears 2Pac was always quite average. Now this is Biggie and I rate him quite a bit higher than 2Pace as he had some great tunes in the 90s. That Sandi Thom song I quite like and it would be definately in the Top 10 here. Chico Time is good for a laugh but nothing more.

Mango's Top 40 (24/11/25): Lucky I ran into a boyband when I went to buy bandaids at the supermarket
I agree, but "Talk To Me" is really hard to top as this one is perfect!! Yeah, listened to the whole thing. The songs are sometimes a bit to similar. "Run This Town" is not bad, but currently unsure whether it will chart for me. Maybe needs some more spins.

gooddelta ranks the UK No.1s of 1998
Now it gets closer. Manics are so great. I was also mainly into dance music in 1998, but that Manics album stood out and I bought it in 98. I think it was the only rock album I bought back in 98. "If You Tolerate This" is among my favourite 200 songs of all time and so is "The Everlasting". I still wonder why it only peaked at #11. My places 7 to 5 are: Jamiroquai - Deeper Underground This is easily one of my favourite Jamiroquai songs, so well produced and the dramturgy is perfect. Spice Girls - Viva Forever My favourite ballad from the Spice Girls - this one is pure brilliance. Madonna - Frozen My favourite Madonna song post 1990. This one is so deep.

Dance Track of the Week 2025: Week 48
That new CamelPhat is nice, so that gets my vote. However, my favourite new dance tune this week is LMNT 115 Feat. Daya - Paradise - the best new dance song for whole November.

Blue - Beautiful Spiritual
Amazing new song from Blue Didn't do that they are still producing new stuff. Like this one very much.

The Gallup Years- Top 10 Sales- 1991
Except the #1 this is a brilliant Top 10. Favourite three songs out of it are "Charly", "What Can You Do For Me" and "Sunshine On A Rainy Day".

John's 1980 charts
Nice combination of totally different styles in your top 10. Massive ska songs from Madness, Specials and Band Manners along with beautiful pop songs from Air Supply and Barbra Streisand. "You're Lying" is soul at its best - the intro was also sampled for the massive rave tune "The House Is Mine" from the Hypnotist. "Enola Gay" is one of the best songs of all time. Also The Police song is pure gold. Cannot remember the Kate Bush song. Brilliant chart!!!

DaTilt's 100 Favourite UK Top 20 Hits of 1991
93 Right Said Fred - I'm Too Sexy Right Said Fred named after a song of the same name which was a hit for Bernard Cribbins in 1962 and consisted of the two brothers Richard Fairbrass and Fred Fairbrass. "I'm Too Sexy" was their debut single, which became one of the biggest songs in summer 1991. It peaked at #2 in the UK charts. “I’m Too Sexy” was written as a tongue-in-cheek parody of fashion-industry vanity and self-obsession. This will always be my favourite song by them - catchy dance-pop at its best!!!

gooddelta ranks the UK No.1s of 1998
I really like that Aqua did some completely differnet after their first 2 singles. "Turn Back Time" is a beautiful Euro-ballad. The Fatboy Slim Remix of "Brimful Of Asha" is brilliant and higher in my ranking :). My places 10 to 8: Chef - Chocolate Salty Balls Isaac Hayes is a brilliant vocalist and even though the text is a bit silly Isaac takes this to another level. All Saints - Never Ever One of my favourite All Saints song with good Garage Mixes from Booker T. Celine Dion - My Heart Will Go On I already commented on this above 😉

DaTilt's 100 Favourite UK Top 20 Hits of 1991
94 Color Me Badd - I Wanna Sex You Up From the brilliant "New Jack City" movie came one of the most commercially succesful songs of 1991, which was the debut single of Color Me Badd. Color Me Badd is an American R&B group formed in 1985 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, by Bryan Abrams, Mark Calderon, Sam Watters and Kevin Thornton. "I Wanna Sex You Up" made it #1 in the UK. In the US it only made #2, but their follow-up songs "I Adore Mi Amor" and "All 4 Love" both topped the Billboard charts.

"My Heart Will Go On" is beautiful. There is also a nice handbag / hi-nrg remix of this produced by the Almighty collective:

JSG'S Top 40, #158, 26/11/2025 - Its Taylor and Jade's world, we're just living in it.
Hi JSG, still double Taylor on top. Wondering whether "12 To 12" may get to the top after that long run. Nice chart!

Mango's Top 40 (24/11/25): Lucky I ran into a boyband when I went to buy bandaids at the supermarket
Hi Mango, "Talk To Me" is also one of the longest runnners in my chart. I get not tired of listening to it. "Run This Town" I have to check out as I just received Olly's album today. There are loads of songs in your charts which are or have charted for me, too. Gabriela, Unaffected, Ophelia, Two Years, Chanel, Gone, Bittersweet, So Easy, Dracula, Wicker Woman. Nice chart!
