Top 200 Best selling Singles Of The Noughties
That is quite low for Mel C and one of my favourite songs from the Noughties.
-
King Rollo ranks the UK number 1 singles of 1983
"Too Shy" is a very good synth-pop song with Limahl on vocals. This would be definately in front of everything listed so far, maybe except "True". The Duran Duran song is not one of my favourites of them - pretty average imo and I would rank it behind Spandau Ballett, Kajagoogoo, Rod, and KC.

DaTilt Top 100 2025
Thank you for commenting. Also loved it when "Berghain" entered Top 40, but my favourite chart moments last year were when "Messy" went to #1 and Sienna entered the Top 10. "High Fashion" is my favourite Addison song so far - hyperpop at its best. "FKA Twigs" is a bit a hit and miss for me - some songs like "Striptease" and "Girl Feels Good" are absolutely magic, while others like "Viscus" and "Hard" I don't feel at all. For "The Subway" I feel that it should usually be Top 40, but the time it was released my charts were quite busy with loads of new stuff each week and it needed some time to grow for me. Maybe I should introduce a weighting factor for each chart week to account for the number of new songs.

DaTilt Top 50 8th of January 2026
It is definitely time for some fresh music - I never had so many songs in my Top 50 with 10 weeks or more. Thank you dry December - the most boring month musicwise. This week sees 7 new entries in my Top 50, of which three are re-entries (Djo, Kate Bush & Zara). Thanks to other personal charts here I discovered the songs from Romy and Louis Tomlinson. The last two new entries from Aleksiah and Nadia Loren were thrown in my playlist at Spotify. So not too much fresh stuff overall, but still a lot of great songs inside. Top 50 1. Jade's EOY • 2025 (completed list / playlist / recap video on pg. 5)
"Plastic Box" is my favourite Jade song so far. "Chains Of Love" is another great Charli XCX song and a great precursor of the upcoming soundtrack. "Punish" is stellar andthe part after "That i was an angel But they made me leave" is so intense. Nice to see also "Dream Woman" mentioned - the verses are so great. From your previous selection I like "12 To 12" (#3 in my year-end chart) and "Garden Of Eden" (my favourite song from Mayhem).
-
King Rollo ranks the UK number 1 singles of 1983
Red Red Wine is also not among my favourite songs. UB40 mostly put a bit too much cheese in their productions, eventhough I quite like a lot reggae. "One In Ten" is my favourite of them - that is a proppa one. "Red Red Wine" definitely behind Spandau Ballet and Rod for me.

Indie/Rock/Alt Track of the Week 2026: Week 1
Nothing I really love on the first listen - voted James Marriott as I think this may be the only song growing for me.
-
Top 200 Best selling Singles Of The Noughties
"Castles In The Sky" and "Toxic" my favourite songs so far.
-
King Rollo ranks the UK number 1 singles of 1983
I love "True" - stone-cold synth-pop classic - one of my favourite #1's of 1983. "Give It Up" is a proper disco-stomper. Love it!! The Flying Pickett's cover version is close to the bottom - Yazoo original is awesome. "Uptown Girl" is flat for me - there are better songs from Billy.

AI in BJSC
On the first listen I liked the Lunes song, but after finding out that it is AI it did not get points from me. I want to push real artists. It is completely understandable that it is not possible to filter out each AI-generated song, so I think it is very difficult to veto each AI-song. What happens if a song wins and it later turns out that it is AI? You cannot filter out everything - this would just lead to safe entries from more or less established artists. I think this is not ewhat we want.

DaTilt Top 50 First of January 2026
Thank you all for commenting. Jade had often the problem in my chart that her songs were beaten by one other song. Maybe this will be her first #1. Looking forward to Katy's new album. "Bandaids" is a nice grower. I think I need some more spins of the new Katseye song as so far it does not appeal as much as "Gabriela". Hope Sienna's album will land soon - need some new stuff from her. Annalisa was such a great recommendation from you. This is pop in perfection. Everyone should stream her - "Maschio" sounds like an ESC-winning song for me. Need to check more Italien singers as not only Annalisa but also Francesca sounds great. I think 2026 maybe the year where I will listening to more non-english stuff. It is the first time that I have 4 non-english songs in my Top 5. I am also curious about the "Wuthering Heights" soundtracks. I would find a Charli adaption of "Running Up That Hill" very interesting.

Jade's Top 40 | #457 (01.01.26)
Hi Jade, Charli is a strong #1 - a great hyperpop song. "Church" hopefully may bounceback for you. Offtopic: It is great to see you recently stream Offshore, while I am currently listening to "Saltwater". Chicane is great.

The Juranamo Chart 02/01/2026 (Week 1)
"Church" is another brilliant song from Jade deserving the #1. Annalisa is great, too. My most streamed artist at the moment as I just recently discovered her album following "Esibizionista". Actually she denied Jade for her first #1 in my charts this week.
