I wish She Wolf wasn't released early, but w/e "Celebration" really is w***, even by Madonna's usual dismal standards, imo. It will get #1 though, she has a dedicated fan base who'll buy it. Shakira will settle for #2 or maybe even #3

For a new artist though, especially one that doesn't necessarily appeal to album buyers, it's still donw pretty well. I mean, a #2 album isn't something to knock about

Dizzee on both accounts. He's got 3 huge #1 singles on there. Mika is going to suffer, as somebody else said above. He's not going to be able to capture magic twice.

At least the cover isn't from an already done shoot. It has a bit of character as well - The background wall with the cracks, and her rough hair indicate her rougher/less refined sound of her past, whilst her makeup and top represent the disco commercial vibe that she's going for with this. maybe. LOL. :wub:

The single mix is really good (the version with Katy) - I like the original, but the whole vibe of the song (more synths, etc) gives the song a more commercial feel to it - I can see this going top 30.

"Why Wait" sounds pretty good, though i'm not keen on "Did It Again" Tbh the only one that made a great impression on me was "Gypsy". They're good songs, but I don't really expect stuff so.. souless from her. Why Wait may as well be sang by Pussycat Dolls

So the third single has beeen changed to this, instead of the originally planned "Rough Me Up" ft Flo Rida. Should be released late September/early October. They've also (finally) finished filming the "Hey Yo!" video, and it should premier in the next few days! :D It doesn't scream hit at all to me, and I can't see anything doing well if HY couldn't even chart :( iIuc3N6r9Bs

100% agree with this. You'll get some people who abuse their position, but that's true of anybody in society. the majority of christians feel as if they want to HELP their fellow people, not manipulate them into something. Whether this is done in dubious concepts or not, the heart of the matter is always the same.

I'm really surprised at Obsessed doing so well :o It's such a lacklusture song imo, it has the potential to be good, but just falls flat and is unremarkable. "Migrate", on the other hand, is pretty epic. Has all the necessary factors to elevate it from standard club-esque track to total club banger. Plus T-Pain is on it, which automatically makes it awesome :wub:
