Nichiyo no Asa used to be my least favourite UB song, but it really grew on me and now I love it, although my favourite has always been 'Passion' :wub: You must listen to pre Exodus music! :o I don't know whether you'd like 'First Love,' 'Distance' still has a strong R&B feeling but starting to branch out, and 'Deep River' is just amazing <3 If you would like I could upload them for you? ----------------------- News; She has confirmed that she is working on the japanese and the English album at the same time! :wub:

I don't think she's hugely popular [or as popular as other western artists] but she still sells quite a bit. Her album will probably get to #2 the week [11/14] it's released as it is up against KinKi Kids, a huge Japanese band. Foreign artists singles hardly ever do well in Japan, the only two I think of this year are 'Girlfriend' and BSBs new single. Hay Amores sounds amazing! Her voice sounds so strong and wow, and the instrumentation is so simple it goes perfectly :heart:

Utada Hikaru blows them all away with her comeback. - 'Flavor of Life' was them tie in track to the huge drama 'Hana Yori Dango 2' - Most downloaded ringtone ever - Most Downloaded song in world history - Second biggest physical seller of the year in Japan - 'Beautiful World' had the 'Evangelion' tie in and that along with 'Kiss & Cry' [download #1] became the second biggest female single of the year, behind her very own FoL :lol: - Currently working on Japanese follow up to 'ULTRA BLUE' and a sophmore english album to follow up the crtitically acclaimed 'Exodus' - Where all female artists lowered in sales, Utada increased, is the queen of downloads, and outsold any other female globally this year. Ayaka is one of the most exciting newcomers in Japanese music at the moment. Her debut album was the first female studio album to go platinum in years, and her first single was the first female debut to get to #1 since Utada Hikaru waay back in 1999 [look out for her in my list..] She seems unique in many ways; her voice and style to name a few. her music is also very diverse. 'First Message' is a great album, and I have even higher hopes for her sophmore, especially since i've loved the singles so far. She has also been voted the female of the future generation.
