Thanks ^ :D I've always been a fan of Celiné, but never really come in here for some reason. My favourite album is 'Falling Into You' - the first album I ever bought :wub: when I was only 6 years old :lol:

Yuna Ito! :o Most of you [if any] will not have heard of her. However, in Japan she is very popular at the moment. Her debut album went double platinum, she has had a leading movie role and numerous #1's on the single and album chart. Anyway, apparently she is recording a duet with Celiné, entitled 'A World to Believe In' released on 16th January. I'll keep you updated about everything that happens :D Ito Yuna has an extremely strong voice, and her idol is Celiné. She even covered 'My Heart Will Go On' for an album tribute to Celiné featuring various Japanese artists [released in September] LXKKgLNdRNQ Precious cNmOjNnQzm0 Endless Story 94SZYWYQc9A Urban Mermaid ExPF7HBrfu0 I'm sure you will love her :heart:

I personally think it's between Miguel Bose with Paulina Rubio or Gustavo Cerati, but my favourite would be the former.

She'll never be hugely successful imo. She always pops up with the odd big hit now and again, but I honestly believe she'll never be truly mainstream, and I think that's better, because it means her music won't become diluted mainstream $h!t. She'll be back <3

Fri Nov 2, 7:49 AM ET LONDON - The new owner of EMI Group PLC has said he will drop artists the music group believes are not working hard enough and will overhaul the company's own executives' pay packages, the Financial Times reported Friday. EMI, which has Coldplay, the Rolling Stones and Kylie Minogue on its roster, also threatened to withdraw stars' lucrative advances if record sales are disappointing, the FT said, quoting an internal memo to staff from the chief executive of the private equity firm that bought the company in August. Guy Hands, the CEO of Terra Firma Capital Partners, said the company would in the future be "more selective in whom we choose to work with." "While many spend huge amounts of time working with their label to promote, perfect and endorse their music, some unfortunately simply focus on negotiating for the maximum advance ... advances which are often never repaid," Hands said. The report said the memo did not name any artists. The company, which Terra Firma bought for $4.9 billion, has been plagued in the past by late delivery of albums by some of its biggest acts. Hands also criticized EMI's "compensation and management system put in place over the last 20 years which does not encourage the right behaviors or reward the right actions." "What worries me is that the existing structures have been put in over a couple of decades and unpicking them in a way that releases the good in the company is not going to happen overnight," he added. EMI did not immediately return a call for comment Friday

omg, Hikki rocks XD Entries from her blog; She's such a case <3 :lol:

Shocked at Westlife O= this could end up their joint lowest hit [if only] That Timbaland song is pretty awful though imo as well.

I didn't even realise it was from 'Gimme More' until I seen your post, I need to take more notice :lol: but it's true <3

NOOO! :cry: My all time favourite H!P member, gutted! :( I mean her sales aren't as good anymore, but she's one of the most popular members they had, plus in terms of income she's the second biggest next to Morning Musume. I hope she gets to an agency soon, mabye she'll start focusing in Korea as she seems to be big there. Mabye somebody like Avex will pick her up O= This has ruined my night :lol:

Texas are hella awesome <3 I love 'When We Are Together' & 'Summer Sun'

Could anyone send me a link for this? O= I downloaded, but it seems to have none of the songs your are reviewing =/

Yeah 'Traveling' is awesome, the video is my second favourite Hikki vid [behind Hikari] - Her ex husband made awesome videos :( Second page! :cheer:

Is an OST of the soundtrack being released?

Bleeding Love has really grown on me over the week. I'm not really a fan, but I really like it. I love her voice when she says 'I Don't Care What They Say, I'm In Love With You' :heart:

I think it'll be just as easy to import tbh, I'm gonna pre order mine [you can on amazon uk] Just one thing though, it doesn't list the seperate editions, just one :unsure:

:mellow: Is it me, or is this thread really weird this week? :lol:

Do you want me to send it you? :P You should buy FO1 also! :o I remember when OF2 came out I bought loads of copies on import and gave them to friends for Christmas :lol:

I never realised this until yesterdays E4 episode, but Jackie is SO fit :o

Donnne :cheer:

Nichiyo no Asa used to be my least favourite UB song, but it really grew on me and now I love it, although my favourite has always been 'Passion' :wub: You must listen to pre Exodus music! :o I don't know whether you'd like 'First Love,' 'Distance' still has a strong R&B feeling but starting to branch out, and 'Deep River' is just amazing <3 If you would like I could upload them for you? ----------------------- News; She has confirmed that she is working on the japanese and the English album at the same time! :wub:

I don't think she's hugely popular [or as popular as other western artists] but she still sells quite a bit. Her album will probably get to #2 the week [11/14] it's released as it is up against KinKi Kids, a huge Japanese band. Foreign artists singles hardly ever do well in Japan, the only two I think of this year are 'Girlfriend' and BSBs new single. Singles xx->01->01->01->02 - BOC (Hana no Na) - 37803 + 29628 + 12701 + 6244 (x1.75) = 151,158 xx->02->02->02->01 - BOC (MAYDAY) - 37598 + 28315 + 11614 + 6279 (x1.75) = 146,661 xx->03->03->03->03 - Dir en grey - 5686 + 3475 + 1798 + 1082 (x1.75) = 27,072 Albums xx->02->01->01->01 - Backstreet Boys - 10682 + 13957 + 9576 + 5789 (x1.7) = 68,007 xx->01->02->02->02 - chatmonchy - 12839 + 9049 + 5665 + 3823 (x1.7) = 53,339

Slick, do you want me to send it you? :o

Singles xx->01->01->01 - BOC (Hana no Na) - 37803 + 29628 + 12701 (x1.75) = 140,231 xx->02->02->02 - BOC (MAYDAY) - 37598 + 28315 + 11614 (x1.75) = 135,672 xx->03->03->03 - Dir en grey - 5686 + 3475 + 1798 (x1.75) = 19,178 Albums xx->02->01->01 - Backstreet Boys - 10682 + 13957 + 9576 (x1.7) = 58,166 xx->01->02->02 - chatmonchy - 12839 + 9049 + 5665 (x1.7) = 46,840 I assume Momusu is still #3, which i suppose hold better than most H!P albums. but considering this has ALL of their singles... :( I made my mum order the special edition for Xmas <3 :lol: EDIT: I just noticed, last week 'Ai am BEST' overtook Ayus 'A BEST 2 BLACK' in sales OO=
