LOLLIPOP! :( I liked singles #1 and #3, didn't care much for his second, i can't really stand the album anymore :lol:

It reminds me a lot of the mother/fathers day type weeks in the UK, where you get a lot of older artists charting with albums, and selling extremely well. Am I right in thinking that Masafumi has only sold 970K [around] this year, while the previous amount came during it's first release, so in theory there isn't a million selling song this year, since it hasn't sold the full million in 2007? im hoping for top 10 places for buriguri and suzuki ami this week. FREE FREE is a great song imo, but I don't know wether people have given up on her after CONNETTA. although ninki haven't even given her a rating, and buriguri got a low one :( thanks for posting as usual :D

Ayu the second most downloaded song surprises me also, and GReeeeN refuses to go away with that song :lol: isn't it still big on radio as well? I don't know why this is going on still. Frankly, im past caring. Why should one little girl who was abducted due to the negligance of her own parents be taking up so much press coverage around the world? What about the thousands of other girls & women every year that go through this; where is their campaign? If you say something which isn't 110% sympathetic to Maddie you get ambushed as if it's wrong :confused: Of course it is a sad thing, but the only reason the case is so big is that her parents are trying to get sympathy by starting such a ludicrously big campaign, I mean meeting the pope ffs :rolleyes: what good is that going to do? it's not like he's seen her! It's understandable that the parents want to do all they can because it's their daughter [and their fault] but seriously, what about all the other people that go missing? why aren't their families meeting the pope, or attracting such attention?

I hope Kanye can get #1 off Robyn, both are good songs but Kanye is far better

I find them both kind of level, although I prefer BW. Kremlin Dusk is my favourite Hikki song, it is amazing on Utada United :wub: I think for the amount of crappy songs on Exodus, there were some really good ones to balance it out. I honestly cannot believe I used to like her album :mellow: im glad I grew taste :lol: Paris Hilton is $h!t. If the music is any good it is down to the producers, not her. Saying that other singers have worse voices [although the ones people like Jark mentioned ie Beth Ditto is HIGHLY debatable as she has a very good voice] is irrelevant. Some of the most iconic artists haven't had strong voices take for example Utada Hikaru, or in Western terms Kate Bush. Neither of them could be classified as amazing vocalists, but the emotion in their lyrics and their voices, the fact that anything they do musically or in any other part of the career is controlled by them, that they are able to be artistic without having a voice like Mariah Carey or Yuna Ito [who have no ability to 'sing'], and an aura of myserty or a unique personality just goes to show vocals don't always have everything to do with it. I mean, even britney had the image right. Paris has nothing, to put it bluntly. She's an emotionless, talentless, over-hyped sack of $h!t. a computerised voice over a repetitive over produced backing track is not music, it is dirge. I'm sorry, but when you like paris, I don't think you can say Beth Ditto has 'no talent what so ever' - no offence :P
