how did TGD dodge??

this top 10 is lowk diabolical when you look at the 3 songs just beneath it… anyways +5 Rein Me In +4 Homewrecker +3 Fever Dream +2 Dracula +1 iloveitiloveitiloveit -1 Man I Need -2 White Keys -3 American Girls -4 Lush Life -5 Babydoll

i think you just choose to completely ignore satirical jokes and i’m leaving it at that.

is 7 weeks normal on radio 2…

was waiting for someone to say it

AYYY about time bea has been added… shame they won’t keep a huge playlist as it feels really early to pull the am boys and both violet songs.

no. not at all with the one exception of the weekender, they don’t play ‘Club Song’ either anymore

folded has joined the hot recurrent list which correct me if i miss something (2024 and up) but that is: Alex Warren - Carry You Home Alex Warren - Eternity Benson Boone - Beautiful Things Benson Boone - Slow It Down Benson Boone - Sorry I'm Here For Someone Else Billie Eilish - Birds Of A Feather Calvin Harris x Clementine Douglas - Blessings Chappell Roan - Good Luck Babe! Chappell Roan - Pink Pony Club Chappell Roan - The Subway Disco Lines x Tinashe - No Broke Boys Ed Sheeran - Azizam Ed Sheeran - Sapphire Gracie Abrams - That's So True HAVEN x Kaitlin Aragon - I Run Justin Bieber - Daisies Kehlani - Folded Kendrick Lamar - Not Like Us Lady Gaga - The Dead Dance Lola Young - Messy Myles Smith - Gold Myles Smith - Nice To Meet You Myles Smith - Stargazing Post Malone - I Had Some Help Ravyn Lenae - Love Me Not Sabrina Carpenter - Busy Woman Sabrina Carpenter - Espresso Sabrina Carpenter - Manchild Sam Fender - People Watching Shaboozey - A Bar Song (Tipsy) sombr - Undressed Sonny Fodera x D.O.D x Jazzy - Somedays Tate McRae - Revolving Door Tate McRae - Sports Car Taylor Swift - Opalite Taylor Swift - The Fate Of Ophelia Teddy Swims - Bad Dreams Teddy Swims - The Door WizTheMC x bees & honey - Show Me Love Zara Larsson - Lush Life

sees i correctly predicted holly going to a list! sonny finally moving up but taylor still stuck on b… robyn girl i love you but get your ass out of here we need taytay in the a list STAT. pretty pleased with the songs moving up to b! the only song i’d want in a list before Elizabeth Taylor is Leak It (with the ideal C-B-A run) about time they got to ZAYN, tho he has a completely new song out right now (that is way better) super happy for Gagachii too! However, i’m gutted maisie is gone, was really praying that could be a huge hit. i did expect myles/niall, milky/mall grab, and elmeine to be removed tbf. feels early for the fcukers so ig it was a “forced add” circa huntr/x that KATSEYE song is… something. hope they avoid it after it’s TOTW stint comes to an end.

i almost forgot to do this so its that time of week again where we make “educated” guesses as to what will be the playlist next week by analysing patterns… except this is only 6 day data (yes im counting the night-time takeover idgaf let me be messy) A LIST: Alex Warren - Fever Dream [on A List] ANOTR ft. 54 Ultra - Talk To You [on A List] Bella Kay - iloveitiloveitiloveit [on A List] BTS - Swim [on A List] Dermot Kennedy - Funeral [on A List] Dominic Fike - White Keys [on A List] Ella Langley - Choosin' Texas [on A List] Fisher - Rain [on A List] Harry Styles - American Girls [on A List] Holly Humberstone - Cruel World [on B List] Jorja Smith - Price Of It All [on B List] Milky x Mall Grab - Just The Way You Are [on A List] Myles Smith x Niall Horan - Drive Safe [on A List] Noah Kahan - Porch Light [on A List] RAYE x Hans Zimmer - Click Clack Symphony. [on A List] Sienna Spiro - The Visitor [on A List] B LIST: Arlo Parks - Get Go [on B List] Chris Stussy x Tom Did It - Wide Awake [on B List] Elmeine - Reclusive [on B List] Ewan McVicar - Share The House [on B List] FLO - Leak It [on C List] Jungle - Carry On [on C List] kwn - Hopeless Romantic [on C List] Maisie Peters - My Regards [on B List] MUNA - Dancing On The Wall [on B List] Niall Horan - Dinner Party [on B List] Odeal x Wizkid - Nights In The Sun [on B List] Robyn - Talk To Me [on A List] Skye Newman - Walk [on A List] Sonny Fodera x Chrystal - My Loving [on B List] Taylor Swift - Elizabeth Taylor [on B List] C LIST: Alok x Khalid - Dive Into Me [on C List] CMAT - The Jamie Oliver Petrol Station [on C List] Dermot Kennedy - Turnstile [on C List] Fcukers - L.U.C.K.Y [on C List] Kacey Musgraves - Dry Spell [on C List] Miley Cyrus - Younger You [on B List] Paris Paloma - Miyazaki [on C List] Thundercat x Mac Miller - She Knows Too Much [on C List] Tom Misch - Sisters With Me [on B List] Twenty One Pilots - Drag Path [on B List] Now as for the hot recurrents (any former playlist entry with at least 6 plays for this week only): Sam Fender x Olivia Dean - Rein Me In Sombr - Homewrecker Tame Impala - Dracula Tame Impala x JENNIE - Dracula (Remix) yes they have added dracula remix seperately… and i’ll count it because remixes don’t count for new playlist spots. as for what’s on the next playlist… logical guesses are Lady Gaga x Doechii, Teddy Swims, KATSEYE, Myles Smith, Disclosure and Slayyyter. Ella will be pulled in the following week and insta-replace i guess? Holly Humberstone is 100% going to the a-list. really praying they finally get onto BLACKPINK following the nighttime takeover and actually go for Nia Archives and Jim Legxacy… so much potential but the playlist is relatively new so i doubt they’ll pull a lot

looks like a systematic error, Dean's TOTW was Brittany Murphy by Slayyyter

them and their habit of removing kpop songs just two weeks after adding them 😭. cortis staying on that long was a miracle and a half. Feels too soon to pull skye, niall and especially ayra (tho she’s still on capital xtra and niall is still on main capital)

oh i was so convinced it was shit burn 😭. but no you can tell she’s saying shit so it’s really confusing. poker face is censored in ‘My Heart’ but ‘Rolling In The Deep’ isn't in ‘My Heart 10s’… oh and by censored i mean the p-p-p-poker face parts are completely gone (as is the bridge)

im crine why did they just leave “i’ll let your shit burn” uncensored in Rolling In The Deep by Adele on Katrina Ridley’s show

went for: Click Clack Symphony FYA smh Leak It (soty) Wide Awake Dinner Party I Know You're Hurting Wagwan smh Younger You Free Your Mind

so ‘Folded’ is now being played in the hot recurrents spot… well at least she's staying in rotation ig 😭

they have only played ‘Talk To You’ in the weekender shows though.

it was tune of the weekend a few weeks back and it’s not the first time they’re really late to back a song (Lucky Again just this week is a strong example, but Roommates by Hilary also works)

‘Dangerous Lover’ is going to be the song they will put on the main playlist from Sekou. also wouldn’t be crazy to expect a re-add for ‘House Tour’ is on the horizon

idk why i didn’t catch it. that’s really weird ngl as they usually don’t let two presenters have the same one in the same week (given leak it was totw in the last 2 weeks)

thought i’d give this one a go as it’s a really interesting playlist! Gaydio Playlist: Agnes - WAKE UP Alok x Khalid - Dive Into Me ANOTR x 54 Ultra - Talk To You Ariana Grande - Twilight Zone (Cosmic Dawn Remix) Arlo Parks - Beams Arlo Parks - Get Go Bebe Rexha - Hysteria Bebe Rexha - New Religion Bruno Mars - I Just Might (Austin Millz Remix) Calvin Harris x Clementine Douglas - Blessings Calvin Harris x Jessie Reyez - Ocean Calvin Harris x Kasabian - Release The Pressure Charlotte Haining x Skepsis - Slipping Chloé Caillet x Andre Zimmer - Come Back 2 Me Cobrah - Hush Danny L Harle x Dua Lipa - Two Hearts David Guetta x Teddy Swims x Tones and I - Gone Gone Gone Disco Lines x Tinashe - No Broke Boys Ewan McVicar - Share The House FISHER - Rain FLO - Leak It Gorgon City x Taet - Second Nature Harry Styles - American Girls Harry Styles - Aperture Haute & Freddy - Freaks HAVEN & Kaitlin Aragon - I Run Honey Dijon x Adi Oasis x Danielle Ponder x Suni MF - Just Friends horsegiirL - Only The Best HUNTR/X - Golden JADE - Church JADE - FUFN JADE - It Girl JADE - Plastic Box JADE - Self Saboteur James Hype - Be Mine Jane McDonald - Don't Mind If I Do Jazzy x Spriitzz - Can't Deny It Jennifer Lopez x David Guetta - Save Me Tonight Jessie Ware - Ride Jodie Harsh - The Night Is Yours Jonas Blue x Malive - Edge of Desire Josh Baker x Silva Bumpa x Paige Cavil - Feel This Way KATSEYE - Gabriela Kesha - Boy Crazy Lady Gaga - Abracadabra Lady Gaga - The Dead Dance Lola Young - Messy (Tiësto Remix) Loreen - True Love Max Dean x Luke Dean x Locky - Can't Decide MEEK - Fabulous Mekdes - The Boy I Am Melanie C - Sweat Melanie C - Undefeated Champion Miley Cyrus - End Of The World Milky x Mall Grab - Just The Way You Are Mimi Webb - Ends In Y MK x Chrystal - Dior MK x Clementine Douglas - Come Find Me MUNA - Dancing On The Wall Olivia Dean - Man I Need PAWSA x Adventures of Stevie V - Dirty Cash (Money Talks) PinkPantheress x Zara Larsson - Stateside Ravyn Lenae - Love Me Not RAYE - Where Is My Husband! nah i don’t think it is. i think it was just him wanting to play the song.

Dean / Greg: Disclosure - The Sun Comes Up Tremendous (first time they have let two presenters have the same one) Rickie, Melvin & Charlie: Nia Archives - Danger Matt & Mollie: Lykke Li - Lucky Again Going Home: YUNGBLUD - Suburban Requiem

not to be a bitch but to build on top of this, just don’t get your hopes up at all about summertime ball rn, a good chunk of the artists you pitched would refuse or just logically can’t do it. anyways Sekou is cap buzz’s april artist of the month
