Let's get into the Top 20...
-
Don't even comment asking. It'll be updated by @JosephStyles
-
At this point much of the internet getting cut on my listening is motorway blamed cos I'm not usually on the road at this time, it's just the one rare occasion because I'm going to see Paramór - a tribute act to Paramore - at The Grand Social in Dublin!
-
On one side of the motorway and it crashed out, but the connection's back - thankfully 28 was skipped and it's just during 27, not missing much.
-
(in my best radio DJ voice) "We're officially in the Top 30 now, and I guarantee you that we COULD see a record being broken at the top, but the battle on top of the singles is tight!"
-
So sorry about that! I'm doing my best chart host DJ hosting gimmick
-
We interrupt the chart for 4:30 news
-
I hope so!
-
Of course Top 30 coming soon...
-
At least we have SOME form of new music at 34..
-
Absolute agreement I have there
-
Turns out chart runs are overshadowed by critical acclaim for this song..
-
Called one of the greatest songs of all time in modern greatest songs ever list.
-
We've had Wes era at 39 and 37 AND solo Reggie Yates at 38
-
Off Campus now
-
Wes in December 2004 now - at 39, in early 2024, at the height of its Anyone But You popularity, we called it the national anthem of The Official Chart
-
That Sue Me artwork is more the album art for Who's The Clown?
-
Jack's back
-
No recording today... As I'm going out, I'll try listen in small bits.
-
I guarantee you I may not be recording the chart this week, but I will be listening to it live online.
-
I think the chart show is going ahead tomorrow... Or maybe not due to 80 non stop dance hours.
-
Blame what James Masterton calls the Running Up That Hill rule for this.
-
So is James Cusack gonna stay hosting the Top 40 all summer or is Jack gonna return?
-
Which I would have stated if I was on the show hosting.
-
Of course to clarify, this is for normal (non Xmas) songs for most weeks at number one etc., but Sam Fender and Olivia Dean have joined Frankie Laine in total amount of weeks at number one in the UK.
