  1. Of course this was the equipment I had at the time - 2017 obviously.
  2. What with the revival of SOTT I'm back in the time where I was with a crappy set of blank tapes and an iPad on iPlayer Radio aux to cassette tape in one deck and a blank tape in one recording deck. This was the deck in question - a Goodman's XB18CDG.
  3. I do find it odd that a spooky song in Dracula is becoming an early summertime hit...
  4. But then again I Just Might still sounds as fresh in the sunny weather..
  5. I've seen many people compare She Did It Again as this generation's equivalent to the 2007 UK Number One Beautiful Liar.. but I don't get it.
  6. On the Dance Starters show, we have playing now the 1400th UK number one single - Eliza Rose..
  7. What with rather surprisingly good weather, we could be seeing things just take a tiny yo-yo around the chart...
  8. Only seven different UK number one singles this year so far..
  9. Another key example as to why the UK Top 40 is going all like the commercial radio networks of Heart or Magic...
  10. Of course Radio 1 are playing the real big version on what would've led the physical reissue!
  11. Well, Dracula is of course a slow burner... but as I often say at the point in my best Mark Goodier, "just two records to go - what's the record at number two? (Silence) I can tell you it's this..."
  12. Back at its' original debut new entry peak.. it's the current Alex Warren hit!
  13. "So we've got Fever Dream, Rein Me In and Dracula all poised to occupy the Top 3. Which order will they go in? Let's sit around and find out, but first sombr climbs up.."
  14. But I'm just flipping to Greg James trying his damnedest to host the chart show.
  15. Of course the Top 6 is coming up in just a moment...
  16. Another Heart/Magic type future staple - like how Stars by Simply Red and the greatest hits of The Beautiful South and White on Blonde by Texas soundtracked the households in the 90s.
  17. If anything, it was a more bigger hit in the US at the time.
  18. Langley's finally getting closer to repeating its Top 10 success in America.. and I still love it.
  19. This is just the year 2000 all over again, Manifesto, Ministry of Sound etc.
  20. The former number one single, the one before Golden took over, now...
  21. Something that Heart or Magic will never get sick of until the end of time.
  22. Of course this is the new entry debut as a proper single release, not as an album track.
  23. Because of course Daisies and Yukon were taken from the album Swag.
  24. Albums chart soon...
  25. Very West End/Broadway-esque indeed.. not bad for the jewellers daughter. Speaking of, that gives me an idea for a stage play; "The Jeweller's Daughter".
