  2. Fair enough lol
  3. Woah why can't you stand him?
  4. I guess but we still saw the whole performance on the stream
  5. Why would you be livid? It doesn't count for anything other than helping fans who couldn't be there watch it, it's not benefitting him in any way.
  6. Yeah it's pretty poor
  7. December 10 and XG have had the most hype by far
  8. that's my beach!

    Agreed
  10. I'm talking about the Official Chart, not the Big Top 40.

There seems to be a little change in playlist for STB day, 'Infinity (123)' has been played this morning.
  13. Facebook

Yeah I'm not sure where everyone would go but Sam and Danni are long overdue on weekdays. Dean can leave I'm not really a fan of him with Mylo and Rosie replacing him, as you said. I wouldn't be surprised to see a wildcard decision for the RMC slot with Nat, Vicky and Minah, Radio 1 like their wildcards with the whole Dean and Vicky situation a few years ago (I am probably talking rubbish and just being delusional).

Listened to Sam and Minah earlier and their show was great. Minah needs to get her own permanent show sometime soon!
  17. The more I look at this lineup, the more I realise how bad it is. A quick reminder this is the lineup of an event run by a radio station that brands themself as "The UK's No.1 Hit Music Station" and only Bebe Rexha, Lola Young, December 10, Niall Horan, SIENNA SPIRO, Myles Smith, Calvin Harris and RAYE have had Top 100 charting hits in the last year (8/16) and only Lola Young, Niall Horan, SIENNA SPIRO, Myles Smith, Calvin Harris and RAYE have had Top 40 charting hits in the last year (6/16). This is quite embarrassing, let's hope they learn their lesson after this.
  18. Running order is: Take That Bebe Rexha MEEK Jason Derulo Sekou Robyn Lola Young December 10 Stephen Sanchez Fatboy Slim XG Niall Horan SIENNA SPIRO Myles Smith Calvin Harris RAYE
  19. Great to see Myles on the A-list, that song is amazing. Happy to see Taylor added it's a fun little bop but will probably end up suffering of overplay. Good to see movement to the B-list for Jorja, MK/Poppy and Sonny/Libianca. Nice to see Niall added, though it's not my favourite of his singles this era. Little More Time remains far superior. As for C-list adds, I like Ellie, Nia and Stormzy/Odeal's new tracks and very shocked to see Calvin/Jazzy stuck on the C-list.

And, unrelated to the playlist, Sara Cox's last week on teatime will be next week.

@Dan17F1 the playlist is available early again thanks to @jbpr007 on Instagram!
  22. Hi all, I've noticed for a while now that K-pop and J-pop artists have significantly stronger fanbases than that of artists with other nationalities. The likes of BLACKPINK, BTS, KATSEYE, XG etc and their solo projects have a lot of support behind them from their fanbases which seem way bigger and more supportive than the likes of Sabrina Carpenter and Taylor Swift. You'll always see, for example, when a radio or TV account posts about them you'll have hundreds or thousands of comments, likes and reposts than if they mentioned an artist of a different nationality. Does anyone know why this is? I've always been very curious.

    Yes he is.
  24. Will be looking forward to this I enjoyed 'FEVER DREAM' instantly and whilst 'FINE PLACE TO DIE' took a while to click with me I ended up enjoying it a lot.

Danni is on holiday so was not an option, I guess it is unprofessional in a way but I'm sure the BBC did their checks before putting her on air. I guess Sam has been brought in to co-host in the event of Lauren going into labour. I've seen on another forum that Lauren's maternity leave will be unpaid as she is freelance so from her point of view it's probably nice to get some extra cash in her pocket while she is fit to do so.
