Sam Clegg

Hi everyone, Sam Clegg here 😊 With the Christmas advert discussion, I hoped it would be okay to share a little about my charity single and film, The Present. It was shaped by my own feelings of loneliness and sadness, and wanting to turn those feelings into something that might help other people feel less alone, particularly older people at Christmas. I’m an independent artist without a label or corporate backing. I write and sing my own songs, and direct, film and edit the videos myself. It’s currently No. 5 on UK iTunes, and I’m so grateful to everyone who has given it a chance. Every penny I receive from sales is split equally between Re-engage and Friends of the Elderly. I know you’re passionate about music and the charts, as I am, so I thought I’d introduce myself. Getting a little further up the chart could help more people discover the campaign and support the charities. If the song connects with you, a download on iTunes or Amazon costs less than £1. You can watch the film and find the links here: samclegg.com/thepresent Thank you for reading, and to anyone who has already listened or supported it ❤️
