  1. What's the source for the McFly greatest hits?
  2. Does being playlisted by Radio 1 and Capital count as being unpromoted?

Who knows? Afterall their debut beat his last studio album to number 1.
  5. Am I the only one that thinks David Guetta & Sia's New single will be number 1 next week. It will be available to cherry pick from the re-release next Monday.
  6. The reason for Ne-yo's slow climb is that it wasn't available to pre-order, unlike its two main competitors. I think its too early to rule him out completely.
  7. Joe McElderry's album has now been moved forward to September 10th, according to his Facebook
  8. The Official Charts Company listed the Gary Barlow thing as an album when they posted a list of this weeks new releases on their website, so I assume thats how they'll class the ep when compiling the charts too (with cherry picks counting towards the singles chart as usual)
  9. Not sure which chart I'd rather Gary Barlow's release to be included in. If it's included in the singles chart it runs the risk of stopping Loreen getting to the top, but if it's included in the album chart, it may stop either Paloma Faith or Scissor Sisters getting to number 1.
  10. I notice Pound the Alarm is listed for release on July 9th on the updated schedule.
  11. With The Voice finale being scheduled for June 2nd, does anyone know if there a plans to release a winners single?

  13. More sales from their Facebook: #358 Robbie & Nicole - Something Stupid (371k) #376 Kasabian - Fire (362k)
  14. At the bottom of this page, the Official Charts company use their Facebook to say that Mr Brightside is #198 on sales of 495,000 and that it is 73k behind #150 (meaning that Crazy Frog is on sales of 568k http://www.nme.com/news/will-young/63667?f...f2e8d3c6286cdda Other sales info from the Official Charts facebook page: #161 Toca's Miracle (550k) #182 All I Want For Christmas (~518k) #190 About You Now (512k) #222 Crazy In Love (467k) #274 How You Remind Me (423k)
  15. What the actual f***?
  16. Well, it's not really...
  17. Looks like the people might be actually searching for the songs they want, rather than looking at the chart, as multiple versions of old hits are appearing/climbing.

Can't believe iTunes haven't put the Little Mix single up yet, maybe they're waiting for midnight. It's up on Play and Amazon for those who are interested.

Most music channels play some sort of chart countdown but you're right in that it's only the MTV ones which are official.
  25. What did he actually say?
