The smash first led in February and has already set multiple chart records. Meanwhile, after topping the Country Airplay chart for three weeks in February-March, “Choosin’ Texas” continues crossing over at radio, bulleting at its highs of No. 4 on Adult Pop Airplay and No. 7 on Pop Airplay. “Choosin’ Texas” concurrently leads the multimetric Hot Country Songs chart for a 39th week. “Choosin’ Texas” was first No. 1 on Valentine’s Day, on the chart dated Feb. 14. Ooh, 'Hall Of Fame' has been one of my backups for the last two contests. I actually would've been shocked if I tried to confirm it and got a PM back that it was already confirmed Hope it does well! Excited to hear the song from Feeble Little Horse, an act I just discovered but don't know this one in particular, and Paris Jackson, I nearly sent a different song of hers earlier this year.

ENHYPEN Scores First No. 1 Album on Billboard 200 With ‘THE SIN : BLISS’ By Keith Caulfield | 8/30/2026 ENHYPEN claims its first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart as THE SIN : BLISS debuts atop the ranking (dated Sept. 5). The set earned 98,000 equivalent album units in the United States in its first week (ending Aug. 27), according to Luminate. THE SIN : BLISS marks ENHYPEN’s seventh top 10, all achieved since 2022. The act had previously gone as high as No. 2, twice, with THE SIN : VANISH in January and ROMANCE : UNTOLD in 2024. Also in the top 10, Dolly Parton, who died on Aug. 25, tallies her fourth top 10-charted album, as the greatest hits collection Ultimate Dolly Parton reenters the chart at No. 5. The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week in the U.S. based on multi-metric consumption as measured in equivalent album units, compiled by Luminate. Units comprise album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). Each unit equals one album sale, or 10 individual tracks sold from an album, or 2,500 ad-supported or 1,000 paid/subscription on-demand official audio and video streams generated by songs from an album. Of THE SIN : BLISS’ 98,000 first-week equivalent album units, album sales comprise 92,000 (it debuts at No. 1 on the Top Album Sales chart), SEA units comprise 6,000 (equaling 6.91 million on-demand official streams of the set’s songs) and TEA units comprise a negligible sum. THE SIN : BLISS’ album sales were largely driven by its availability across more than 30 CD and vinyl variants (all containing collectible items such as photocards, stickers and posters, with some items randomized). Dolly Parton’s best-of collection Ultimate Dolly Parton reenters the Billboard 200 at No. 5, marking the late icon’s fourth top 10-charted set, and her second-highest-charted album ever. Parton died on Aug. 25 at age 80 after a short battle with cancer. The entertainer previously visited the top 10 of the chart with the all-star collaborations project Rockstar (No. 3 in 2023, her highest-charted album), Blue Smoke (No. 6 in 2014) and the collaborative album Trio (No. 6 in 1987) with Linda Ronstadt and Emmylou Harris. Ultimate Dolly Parton was released in 2003 and originally peaked at No. 112 in 2019. Until this week, it hadn’t been on the chart since 2020. In the Aug. 21-27 tracking week, which reflects less than three days of impact following the announcement of Parton’s death, Ultimate Dolly Parton earned 59,000 equivalent album units (up from a negligible sum in the previous week), largely driven by streaming activity of the songs on the album. The 20-track Ultimate Dolly Parton includes familiar Parton favorites such as “Jolene,” “I Will Always Love You,” “Here You Come Again,” “9 to 5” and “Islands In the Stream” (with Kenny Rogers). Many of the songs on this album are shared among other Parton projects — hits compilations and studio albums. For chart purposes, songs shared across an artist’s albums have their SEA and TEA assigned to whichever of those albums sells the most, by pure album sales, in a given week. In the latest tracking week, Ultimate Dolly Parton was the legend’s best-selling album, with 7,000 copies sold. Ella Langley’s ‘Choosin’ Texas’ Becomes Sole Longest-Leading Non-Holiday Hot 100 Hit With 20th Week at No. 1 By Gary Trust | 8/31/2026 Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” achieves a landmark 20th week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 — claiming the sole longest run ever atop the chart for a non-holiday song. The smash first led in February, has already set multiple chart records and is just the second title in the Hot 100’s 68-year history to lead for at least 20 weeks. Here’s an updated look at the longest-leading hits, ranked by most weeks at No. 1 ever on the Hot 100: 22 weeks, “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” Mariah Carey, 2019-26 20, “Choosin’ Texas,” Ella Langley, 2026 19, “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” Shaboozey, 2024 19, “Old Town Road,” Lil Nas X feat. Justin Bieber, 2017 16, “One Sweet Day,” Mariah Carey & Boyz II Men, 1995-96 The only song in the way of the run of “Choosin’ Texas” historically, Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” has ruled the Hot 100 each Yuletide season since the 1994 carol was first No. 1 in 2019, and could add to its total in the holidays ahead. “We loved the song when we wrote it, but none of us thought that it would be the song to do everything it’s doing,” Langley told Billboard earlier this year of “Choosin’ Texas,” which she cowrote with Luke Dick, Miranda Lambert and Joybeth Taylor. “It keeps giving us a reason to celebrate new ­milestones.” “Choosin’ Texas,” on SAWGOD/Columbia Records, with Triple Tigers having promoted it to country radio, totaled 24.2 million official streams (essentially even week over week), 56.8 million radio airplay audience impressions (up 2%) and 7,000 sold (down 9%) in the United States Aug. 21-27. Langley’s first Hot 100 leader holds for a 20th week at No. 1 on Streaming Songs; keeps at No. 5, after reaching No. 4, on Radio Songs; and drops six spots to No. 7 after 16 weeks atop Digital Song Sales. It’s just the third song to rule Streaming Songs for at least 20 weeks, joining Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” (26) and Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road” (20). Meanwhile, after topping the Country Airplay chart for three weeks in February-March, “Choosin’ Texas” continues crossing over at radio, hitting new highs of No. 4 on Adult Pop Airplay and No. 7 on Pop Airplay. “Choosin’ Texas” also tops the multimetric Hot Country Songs chart for a 38th week and the Songs of the Summer chart for a 13th week. Stella Lefty’s “Boston” repeats at its No. 2 Hot 100 best, Taylor Swift’s “I Knew It, I Knew You” is stationary at No. 3, after it spent its first two weeks on the chart at No. 1 in June, and Morgan Wallen’s “Been by Now” holds at No. 4, after it debuted at its No. 2 high. Country boasts another especially triumphant week, a month after the genre monopolized the entire top five on the Hot 100 for the first time. Of the 13 weeks all-time with country songs at either Nos. 1-3, 1-4 or 1-5, all have occurred since August 2023, powered, in part, by country’s growth in streaming, among other factors. “I Knew It, I Knew You” concurrently leads Radio Songs for a second week (66.6 million, up 3%). Ariana Grande’s “Hate That I Made You Love Me” is a non-mover at No. 5 on the Hot 100, after it led in its debut week in June. Tame Impala and JENNIE’s “Dracula” rises 8-6 after reaching No. 5 on the Hot 100. It tops the multimetric Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart for a 34th week and Hot Rock & Alternative Songs for a 16th week. Olivia Dean’s “So Easy (To Fall in Love)” keeps at No. 7 on the Hot 100, after reaching No. 5, with her “Man I Need” likewise holding in place at No. 9, after peaking at No. 2.
