  1. Three now? Burnin' Up, Sweet Talker and Masterpiece - all gigantic flops.
  2. 20% of the songs he puts out are absolute GOLD (eg. Spoons with Rudimental, Ready For Your Love with Gorgon City, Close with Sub Focus) but the rest of his stuff is absolute turd imo. 'The Rhythm' is such a mess of a song.
  3. That 'Karen Harding' song is just so MEH. Nothing special, nothing unique. Surprise surprise MNEK wrote and produced it - the king of mediocre
  4. Who actually buys full soundtracks though? Except the Frozen one
  5. Doing It is a good tune, hopefully it will pick up.
  6. It's currently #1 and has broken streaming records etc etc, looks like it's gonna be sticking around for a looooong time. When do you think it will first leave the Top 40 entirely? I reckon it won't be til early 2016! I've gone for Feb '16.

  8. Nice to see Powerless back in the chart. The MK remix is far better though
  9. The video for Elastic Heart is an uncomfortable watch. It does scream 'p****'. But then I find the Chandelier video to be quite inappropriate in parts so why am I surprised?
  10. The Karen Harding song COULD be great but it sounds like a demo to me. The vocals just don't sound right. Beat is good though.
  11. 7/11 was a massive grower for me

Need we even bother making a thread for 2014? Ugly Heart would be the landslide winner.
  17. SUCH a good Top 10. I love all of those songs! Ella and Clean Bandit should be the top 2, with Clean Bandit coming out on top.

  19. They'd be fools to go for Union J. Yes they've had four top 10 singles but they've all absolutely crashed after their first week. Not that The Vamps are much better - but they'd have a FAR better chance of having a decent hit. Possibly even a #1
  20. I'd put money on it being The Vamps!
  21. WYWM is a big tune. Would love it to be 2015's first #1
  22. Crazy that Fleur is still in the Top 50!

  25. Urgh every year we have a "LETS GET THIS ROCK SONG TO NUMBER ONE!!" campaign. Yet it's never worked aside from 2009.
