  1. If Ellie performs Burn I will be so annoyed, over Christmas she was on EVERY show on TV singing that song. It's done. She needs to move on or GG is gonna be a flop of epic proportions.
  2. Surprised at how well Dark Horse is doing here and in the US. It's allright but not one of her best.
  3. I think Money On My Mind will easily be top 5. Especially after all the BRITs hype he's gonna be getting. Also, Disclosure and Lorde are rumoured to be collaborating at the BRITs. New song perhaps? If so, it will be huge, I can't imagine it being anything but amazing.
  4. XO is more commercial but Drunk in Love is more memorable. All I'm seeing on twitter at the moment is SURFBOARD SURFBOARD SURFBOARD.
  5. It was incredible when I was out. I was thinking at the time how underrated it is all these years on. Obviously it was very successful at it's time of release, but it isn't really remembered now.
  6. If You Come Back is a f***ing tune. Speaking of songs that are about 10 years old, I heard 'Gotta Get Thru This' by Daniel Bedingfield when out last night and oh my god WHAT A SONG.
  7. #2 will.i.am - Feelin' Myself Urgh. Katy B and Gorgon City deserve to be top two. Also why is Explosions back?
  8. I really think Katy B could get #1. She definitely deserves it.
  9. The Vamps will be out the Top 10 by this time next week for sure. I don't think Neon Jungle will be far ahead of them either.
  10. I went to Bestival too! best weekend ever :) I saw the end of Clean Bandit's set in Nottingham last year, it was pretty good.
  11. I'd call pretty much any Top 20 charting single a hit
  12. You can't really call Mozarts House a flop, a top 40 single by a 'new' act with no hype around them is not a flop, it's very impressive.
  13. Au Seve may as well have been a huge hit the amount I've heard it over the past couple of years in bars, clubs, parties etc.
  14. You think so? I think they've made exactly the right single choices. F For You is catchy and is the only song on the album that would work as a single that isn't featuring another vocalist. Help Me Lose My Mind is a great track, shame the video got banned but never mins. Voices just sounds like a single, it's one of the best tracks on the whole album. I also don't understand everyone's love for Confess To Me. It's okay but nowhere near single-worthy in my opinion.
  15. Very weird video. I really like the song though. That whole album is just brilliant though, definitely my favourite from 2013
  16. Blurred Lines was almost definitely around the #10 mark. I have a feeling it may have got to #9? But I may be getting it mixed up with Wake Me Up. Roar was very high too... This Clean Bandit one is certainly the highest for a UK act ever.
  17. Clean Bandit have #1 on lock surely. The Vamps may put up a good fight but they can't beat Rather Be now. I'm surprised Neon Jungle's song is doing so well, I can't imagine it's had much exposure anywhere? Or are capital actually playing it?
  18. This Elyar Fox song would be pretty good if it was someone else singing it. It's very catchy and I like the dance breakdowns in the chorus, but I find his vocals so cringey.
  19. I had no idea that Talk That Talk had sold over a million copies, I'd have guessed it was at around 500/600,000. I love that album.
  20. Maybe Will.I.am has had an exclusive listen of the Shakira/Rihanna track and it is absolutely incredible, therefore a wise decision to run two weeks away from them? I can only hope :P
  21. How have I not heard this Elyar Fox song yet?
  22. If Ellie performs Burn at the BRITS I will be so annoyed. She's performed that song on approximately 6,000 TV shows recently. It is DONE. How Long Will I Love You would be nice but it's already done so well that there isn't really a point. Goodness Gracious however, is the current single, has potential to have a massive performance behind it, is brilliant, and needs a push. She better perform this.

  24. Sam's album isn't out til May, unless you're talking about the pre-order. Ella Eyre's song is so good, I don't get why they released it so quickly and on Christmas week of all weeks! It would've at least gone Top 100 if they'd waited til now.
  25. I think that Duke Dumont song will be pretty big.
