If anyone deserved a penalty it was actually Russell for backing the field up like crazy which caused the massive bottleneck at the hairpin in the first place. Hulk was on full steering lock and could do nothing about the Sainz collision, racing incident at the absolute most for me. Colapinto actually made a far worse contact in the very next corner and yet received nothing!
