  2. It'll take a very long time for that to happen, if at all. They're not buying players at their peak, it's somewhere between the Chinese Super League which was flavour of the month for a while and the MLS which is the long-established retirement home for past it players.

  4. I don't get why he would go back though? He left because he perceived them to favour Max, and that certainly isn't going to change in the future.

Perez is doing the perfect job for Red Bull. Nowhere near Max on pace so no risk of clashes like Hamilton & Rosberg but competent enough to still bring in decent points. No one is touching Red Bull until the new regs in 2026 by which time there'll be a plentiful supply of younger options for the second seat.

  6. A fantastic battle and the better player on the day won it. Definitely didn't see it coming I thought Novak would still be pretty comfortably clear on this surface but Alcaraz's grass court game has improved exponentially this year.

I wonder if we're now gonna see Novak get stuck at #23 and unable to match Court's all time record just like Serena did. You have to say, injuries permitting, Alcaraz does indeed seem set to dominate men's tennis as it stands since all of his peers are someway behind. Would be hilarious if we skipped the entire 1990s decade and go straight from the big 3 winning everything to Alca!
