This is good for what it is. It's not like dance classics aren't always retreaded generation after generation and it's a pretty decent vocal. There's a lot worse samples/covers which have plagued the charts in recent years.

The commercial fall off of Martin Garrix is a very interesting one. Of course when Animals blew up he had ALL the hallmarks of a classic one-hit wonder but he managed to stretch out a pretty successful run and even as late as 2019 was still a massive name. I know he's still regularly ranked high in DJ Mag's awards these days but commercially he's absolute tumbleweed now. Given Ed Sheeran's relative decline as well it leads to me think that if this was ever to get released in the future it would do absolutely nothing.
