1961 Dutch GP being the wild outlier there! As much as chaotic races are entertaining I do like this era when reliability issues are less common as it makes for a much more fair title fight based more on ability and not sheer luck.

Incredible stuff from the Lionesses! That's what a great team does, digs deep and finds a way to get through every round. Was not confident in the penalties given what happened in the QFs but I think I remember hearing they've won every shootout under Wiegman which is mightily impressive. Truly a group of women to be proud of, winning back to back tournaments is unbelievable.

Didn't manage to catch this live but was keeping up with updates and definitely thought we were on for another 2021 situation at one point! Looks like I didn't miss too much. For once I can understand why they were overly cautious about wet racing as Spa is the most dangerous circuit in the world but the rain actually killed off any chances of an interesting race as it became a very simple wet to dry procession. Great recovery drive from Lewis but he really shouldn't have been so low down in the first place. Oscar putting his stamp over Lando convincingly this weekend. Must be the first ever wet race to have zero retirements?
