  2. Ew, what even were these bakes? :puke2: More cakes and less biscuits next time please! ^_^ Nadiya's biscuit box looked lush! I think Alvin will be a bit of an underdog this competition. For some reason, I can see him becoming a tougher competitor with time. Oh no at Marie :nocheer: I was expecting her to last a little longer than that!
  3. Lmao, Timmy Sis getting his frustration on  Paul is not British (but technically he is so I guess Tim is right on a technicality )

  8. Yass Seven, I have a stanning buddy now ^_^ (yes, I did not realize there was a thread for the band!) Drive Omg *.* What a song! Those strings really doing it for me  I think, as a single, it would a really good album-seller. September 4th could not come fast enough :drama:

Basically, you need to find the most common answer for each of the questions below and PM me them once you've finished. The more people who write down the same answer as you, the more points you will get. So really, this is the opposite to Pointless! Unlike Pointless, the more points you get, the HIGHER you go up the leaderboard (Sorry, I'm trying to emphasise as much as possible that this is NOT Pointless :kink: ) 1. Name a Single from the 'Dangerously In Love' Era. 2. Name a Beyoncé track from her album 'BEYONCE'. 3. Name a chart in which 'If I Were a Boy' went to #1 in. 4. Give the name of a Grammy Award that Beyoncé has won 5. Name the song that would be considered Beyoncé's signature song. 6. Name a Beyoncé perfume. 7. A song Beyoncé has performed live at the Grammys 8. Name a controversy Beyoncé has been involved in. 9. A support act of a Beyoncé tour 10. Name a single that has gone top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 You have until 22nd August 23:59 to vote :magic: Good luck! Participants: Nelly S Jahq Ultra Tim Burbe Froot~ Cameron Lindsey THEO. Acidburn.
  10. :o Yass Jordan! I'm kinda happy I DNQ'd this contest, otherwise I would've had to send a BJSC-friendly song next time to start a new Q-streak! I can send something more fun and risky now :magic:
  11. Unluckily for you, it doesn't sound ANYTHING like that Cedric remix :kink: #12 is really good for her! Hoping that she can scrape the top 40 this week and if the single holds up well, it could climb to a better peak next week!
  12. -_- RontBet>>>>>>>>>>PersepBet
  13. Lease my gloves isn't v~good -_-
  14. This is giving me West Coast vibes which can only be good! I was kinda hoping for a more Born To Die-ish sound but this is surprisingly great nevertheless.

WD Joe :cheer: Do Ella proud ! ^_^
  16. Well, you are to thank for it :heehee:
  17. Flopping on its opening weekend? Oops With the bad reviews, it'll have very weak legs indeed. On the bright side, yay for Minions crossing the $300 million mark :cheer:
  18. Shaded by Bre again -_-
  19. Oh yes the acting! Forgot to comment on that! Yeah... No, I don't think Ben Afleck served any justice to the role. I think in that aspect, Rosamund Pike single-handedly saved the movie performance-wise. V~Oscar worthy. I would also like to throw in Mortdecai :magic:
  20. Ah no Jon, the one and only thing I adored about Gone Girl was the ending! :( It was really chilling and ambiguous just like the book! Gone Girl is a very hard book to adapt really because of the amount of content in it. An example of a big (ish) omission was the lover admitting her affair in the movie. It didn't really explain why she does it (unless I missed it?) but in the book, it just made more sense because there was an intense confrontation beforehand which led to that. It was a decent effort but I just wasn't impressed! I don't think the significance of the treasure hunt was emphasised near enough and some of the actors for a few of the supporting roles weren't that great either :/ But to be honest, I have a very biased view. I've been the BIGGEST fan of the book since it came out and so even small omissions make the film seem like it's lacking a bit of depth
  21. Oh no, I loved it when it first came out! Then I realised that it wasn't that good, especially after I saw Joe's point of view which made a lot of sense (after I made that long paragraph defending it :heehee: )! It took me a very long time until I realised it was just pro-America propaganda and not much else! I think the anticipation of the movie influenced me a lot after I saw the film but now that's all gone, it wasn't really all that great.
  22. Ooh yes I do agree (sorta) with Gone Girl :( Very disappointing. I think after reading the book any adaptation would be far inferior, they make a good job of it of course and the acting is spot on (by Rosamund Pike only really but still!) but it was far too rushed and some things hadn't been gone through as in-depth as I would have liked (like the whole Desi Collins meeting in the book was completely cut out which was a vital aspect of the story for me :/) A lot of Desi's background story had been stripped back and so he remained a two dimensional character throughout the movie. But I wouldn't compare it to any of those titles though Ninja! Those are RIDCULOUSLY bad! I'd also throw in Ouija, Insidious: Chaper 2, American Sniper (my hate for it has blossomed over the five months since I saw it!) and the Amazing Spider Man!
  23. Dracula Untold is a truly awful movie. I didn't understand the plot, the actors were not putting in a whole load of effort and the movie was much longer than it needed to be. Not to mention the half-arsed special effects :drama:

Fab number one Klumz  Obviously loving the Body Talk plays :heehee: Great to see Moments on there too! <3
  25. I'm hoping the Weeknd will nab the top spot at some point but I don't think it'll be next week :( Great to see Black Magic making progress this week! It'll be great to see this break into the top 100 in the future.
