I noticed Apple Music have added Christmas songs to their Today’s Hits playlist. Something they haven’t done in previous years I don’t think. So people not really seeking out Christmas songs and just listening to current hits will end up listening to the likes of Mariah, The Pogues and Wham. So obviously will help their streams.

Harry is doing incredibly well with his post album singles especially since most artists have to release a remix or add a feature on to have a chance of making it a hit nowadays.

Not sure why the last 4 songs are basically only sung by Danny but they are the strongest for me especially ‘Wild and Young’.

Not really wanting to start a debate but if I was talking about say Ed Sheeran and called him she by accident would you really go out your way to correct that? Probably not.

Sam’s 2nd album hasn’t even sold half the amount his debut did and that was just the same sound. I think Sam needed to change direction to keep any sort of interest. The second album really only had one proper hit single from it and didn’t have the same sort of longevity as their debut.

You would think from the sales of Sam’s first and second album they would be guaranteed the number 1. How things change. No artist seems to be able to keep the momentum going like Adele and Ed Sheeran who have only got bigger with each album. While artists like Sam and Emeli Sande haven’t managed to match their debut.
