I don’t think Camilla is the right choice for a guest announcer especially for episode 1. The banter always looks forced and scripted with these type of announcers. Someone like Alan Carr would perfect just to start the series of.

I take it Rod Stewart is a last minute booking and this was supposed to end the show after Stormzy winning best album

Lewis is singing Someone You Loved he just said on the red carpet show.

It was due to finish next Sunday. I think tonight’s episode will be cancelled and then probably an extended episode tomorrow night.

I think if it was possible, a live final with viewers voting via an app would be even more of a ratings winner.

It’s not his best, it would be an alright album track but not good enough to be a single. Hope there’s much better on the album along the lines of ‘How Do You Sleep?’ Also didn’t think ‘I Feel Love’ and especially ‘Fire on Fire’ would have been included.

I think it’s to do with Radio 1 doing a Love Island parody thing and she sings during it. I’ve seen it on Facebook and a few times now. It’s quite funny to be fair.

Bit of a stupid decision. ‘Monsters’ is clearly popular and if it was on the Radio 2 playlist it would have made it more stable on ITunes and kept it selling well and more importantly for James make people go and buy the full album.

So far he’s sold 1000 of these. I reckon he will be selling more throughout the week. With that and the video release he could be in a good position for the number 1 next week.
