Her artwork looks so cheap this era :( I'd love to see her again but the Scottish dates aren't great for me. I'm glad she's doing auditoriums tbh, her show is more suited to them than arenas.

Yeah this has underperformed even relative to my expectations. I was kinda shocked she only did 6-7k pure sales with those bundles. But her reputation is still better than it was after Witness, even if they’re not obsessed with her music I feel the GP are liking Katy as a person a lot more so in those terms the era has been a success! She’s got a baby and a fiancé, she’ll cope with a worldwide top 5 album 🤷‍♂️ It’s certainly not up there on the relative flop scale with your Britney Jeans, Lotuses etc

Fair enough. It helps that I live in a fairly safe SNP constituency, I mean the Labour vote was still okay here at the last Holyrood election (27%) but completely collapsed at the Westminster Election last year. The Greens missed out on a North East seat last time and the SNP won’t win all the constituencies here so they’ll get a list seat anyway probs

There is always the chance the SNP could win a majority on the constituency alone, but that's never certain. Labour will deffo lose East Lothian (Iain 'run away' Gray is retiring) and probably Dunfermline but they'll keep Edinburgh Southern because of tactical voting. The Tories will lose Edinburgh Central as the Baroness isn't standing, I think they'll keep their seats in Aberdeenshire (making a gain in Banffshire) and the Borders but will lose Eastwood and Ayr, leaving them with 5 on the Constituency. The Lib Dems will keep their four as well due to unionist tactical voting (the money I'd pay to see Alex Cole-Hamilton out of parliament). So that leaves 63 constituencies to the SNP, they got 59 last time. All my own opinions x

Seven months to go so why not x This will be my first vote (I delivered leaflets for the SNP last year and have been a member since 2017 though), it’s just putting a cross in a box but I can’t wait :cheeseblock: On my constituency vote I’m definitely going SNP, if Labour were more supportive of independence and had a half decent leader I may consider them but there’s really no choice but SNP. I can’t say I’m that ecstatic about the SNP atm though, I’ve never been more supportive of Scottish Independence but my enthusiasm for the party is a bit more limited. On the list I’m gonna go Green, their economic policies on tax etc are more radical and similar to my beliefs and I feel we’ve all left the environment crisis behind during COVID. If I was in Wales I’d go Plaid obvs ^_^ In terms of predictions I think we’ll get a pro independence majority which is what matters, hopefully in vote share as well this time. Everyone’s expecting the SNP to get a majority on their own but I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t, y’all forget how hard it is to do that under the Scottish system. The Tories only got 22% in the last Scottish Parliament so I can see them staying similar, maybe making gains in Banffshire if their Brexit base holds up. Labour will lose regional list seats to the Greens

Ballum are becoming an absolute farce, they’ve appeared in literally every episode since the return apart from Chantelle’s death. Why are they forcing this unlikeable couple on us :drama: Tbh I highly doubt they’d have the fan base they have if they weren’t attractive males (okay very attractive x). Ash and Iqra are a gay couple, why can’t we see them now and again? Ik I seem so hung up about this lol but it just bothers me the way gay male couples are always portrayed, and Ballum adds to that. Gay couples always have abusive tendencies and are incredibly toxic (Robron in Emmerdale/Stendan in Hollyoaks) or are given no screen time, it’s so tedious and there’s really been no progression given it’s 2020. It’s offensive and regressive. This trope :drama: Other than that I’m liking the show :clap:

I think they could get a 'React' hit at least, if not a bigger one. It sounds obvious but the Spices can appeal with new material if it's good, which Headlines (based off of the one play I've given it)...wasn't. If it flops it flops, I guess Headlines being a disaster didn't damage their 2007-08 tour?

I’m not losing hope this is coming soon, P!nk took five years between The Truth About Love and Beautiful Trauma (ik she had a side project in between those). She released an album just two years after BT so hopefully getting back on the promo trail will give Rih ‘the bug’ in terms of making music again and it won’t be light years until R10, that’s what I’m clinging to at least 😅 When we get the album I’m sure it’ll be a ‘surprise’ drop but it’d be more surprising to me if she put up a pre-order with bundles and vinyls *.* PLEASE reward us with the physicals after ANTI’s release was so botched!

I'm not surprised at the abysmal polls for the Lib Dems, they made themselves into a single issue party and now their position on that issue has pretty much zero chance of happening. Nice to see Labour in front (compared to the alternative) but I can't see the Tories going much below 40% with their Brexit base. A Lawrence F*** off party might be useful actually if he could take some votes off the Tories

Ouch :( It’s not even deserved, it was a great show overall and deffo better than the one episode I saw of X Factor: The Band. I don’t think you can blame the promotion, the only other shows I watch on BBC atm are EastEnders and the teatime news and I was constantly seeing trailers etc and it got BBC front page adverts. I don’t think it’s the girls fault, people are tired of these shows in general. The catch up figures will be important yeah but at 1.9m it’s still gonna be very low surely :/ Oh well...
