I appreciated Nicola vowing to make sure all NHS services are properly up and running as that's a concern of mine (my mum for example has a blood pressure condition that can be serious if not treated and she's had her appointments delayed five months). Smile is a nice album, a little short but filled with bops! The songs are all good, they just need a bit more to them if that makes sense. 3rd-5th was interchangeable for me.

You’re totally right, tbh I’m not scared at all for my health or anyone in my families, more scared about what a second lockdown would do to us collectively. I’m starting to think the first lockdown should’ve been extended an extra month or something

For the first time since deaths were rising so sharply in April I’m feeling scared...I understand they have to do something because people my age just aren’t gonna follow the rule of six, I haven’t personally met up with more than six people outside of school since they announced it but lots of people have and there’s parties etc planned for the weekend. Stating the obvious lmao but it’s all a mess :( When I do feel myself worrying, I just think about the hospital numbers which are still very low, although rising slightly. Although tbh we keep taking about France and there, death rates are rising really fast. It feels like a total guessing game as to what will happen, I worry we could be at 100+ deaths sooner than November D: On the other hand however, I think unless there’s a bigger spike than the first wave, a second lockdown should not happen at all. The current situation is bad enough, we can’t put our lives on hold forever for something that unless you have specific conditions or are very old has virtually zero chance of harming you. They should look at bringing back shielding imo
