  1. Ladywood. That is all.
  2. 11. We Don't Talk Anymore (w/ Charlie Puth) Average: 7.83 Now I can't get you out of my brain: Cameron (11) Dexton, JosephStyles, Wall (10) Should've known your love was a game: Tawdry Hepburn (1) blacksquare, George.keh (4) Selena collaborated with Charlie Puth on 'We Don't Talk Anymore', and they also dated, I recall him being sexist about her also but I can't seem to find it :drama: WDTA is a 2016 tropical pop song, and was a long running hit both sides of the Atlantic peaking at #9 in America and #14 here. This somehow passed me by entirely at the time and getting into it for this rate I found it enjoyable, not essential but a nice piece of tropi-pop. I'm not even sure this would be top 30 for me lmao let alone borderline top 10, but there's no accounting for taste. But yeah, this is a nice chill track and the best thing I've heard from Charlie definitely. Top 10 Bad Liar Come & Get It Good For You (feat. A$AP Rocky) Hands To Myself It Ain't Me (w/ Kygo) Look At Her Now Lose You To Love Me Love You like a Love Song Naturally The Heart Wants What It Wants Look At Her Now, Naturally and THWWIW up there Coming over the weekend.
  3. 12. Fetish (feat. Gucci Mane) Average: 7.81 I'm not surprised, I sympathize: Andrew. (11) Bjork, Nina West (10) Going over your limit: George.keh (5) Tawdry Hepburn, UltraBeKind (6) :frankie: The critically acclaimed 'Fetish' was released as the 2nd single from what would've been SG3, didn't do brilliantly because the public have no taste but f*** them. *.* This was my 11 without a doubt. Selena is so effortlessly sexy but in a really chill way, as that GLORIOUS trap-pop beat pulsates. Her rapping part of the song goes with Gucci's and he's not a rent a rapper, he adds a lot as well. I love Rare but this is what I need Selena to do, the sultry, moody pop fits her like a glove. Well done.
  4. Yep there's no streaming, hence events like Wildest Dreams going top 10 here and Ellie's River missing the top 100 :cheeseblock: By population, I'd guess Katy sold about 100 downloads in Scotland to be #22? Sales legend.
  5. You were a Hands To Myself girl x Last two to miss the top 10 coming presently ^_^
  6. 13. Slow Down Average: 7.80 I just wanna party all night (with): Andrew., Tombo (10) JosephStyles, Josh!, Riser (9) I-it's the cataracts (making you blind to how much of a bop this is): Bjork, blacksquare, ...ready for it (5) Nina West (6) 'Slow Down' is our first visit to Selena's debut solo album 'Stars Dance' (although apparently that's been deleted from history going by the provisional title for Rare being SG2 ) and was the second and final single from the album. It's an EDM song about letting yaself go on the dance floor and basically only did well in Belgium, South Korea and the Czech Republic as well as scoring top 30 in America. Despite a performance on Surprise Surprise it only peaked at #106 here Cause I just wanna party all night in the neon lights til I can't let you GOOOO :jump: This has become a Selena favourite recently, it's generic dance pop done GOOD. Constant hooks from start to finish. Deserves to be remembered so much more </3
  7. I'm Addicted is in her top 5 songs, including the ones I haven't even heard it's THAT good
  8. 14. A Year Without Rain (More 11's) Average: 7.74 'A Year Without Rain' places 14th. It was the title track of The Scene's second album and was released as the final single from it, reaching top 40 in America. The song was first made for Leonard Lewis :o An electro ballad :cheeseblock: I gave this a 7.5 which is one of my lower scores in the rate but listening now I wish I'd given more acc, it starts out kinda mundane but it evolves as it goes on and the production in the last half of the song is cute af  Really strong showing for this!

  10. Oh I thought Kelly Rowland rather than Kelly C lmao even though she has her own forum technically Hype.
  11. Believe It was expected but yay  I just realised that Hate That I Love You was certified Gold before Shut Up and Drive? What?
  12. http://i.imgur.com/3knNDMV.gif :kink: Hailee and S Club :cheeseblock: Can't wait to discover some country bops either *.*
  13. 15. I Want You To Know (w/ Zedd) Average: 7.74 You and me bleed the same light: Andrew., Dexton, George.keh, Tombo, UltraBeKind (10) Liam, Wall (9) Tell me lies tell me lies lies lies lies: blacksquare (3) Jade (4) Another EDM collaboration drops out in Selena's 2015 smash with Zedd, 'I Want You To Know'. Iirc this was expected to be a flop here but it entered at #14 (after being held-back though) and went Silver! Its highest peak was in Scotland, at #5. Never felt more prouder of my country! <3 This is one of those where I wanna go crazy everytime I hear it, do another EDM bop Selena please  I'd probs have this top 10
  14. 16. Wolves (w/ Marshmello) Average: 7.62 One to love: George.keh, Nina West, Wall (10) Andrew., Cameron (9.5) The darkest alleys: Tawdry Hepburn (1) Jade (3) EDM collab 'Wolves' dropped in late 2017. It also features on the Deluxe CD of 'Rare' along with her other songs from the 2017-18 period, on my Apple Music I've added a second 'disc' to rare with all these and what analbum *____* 'Wolves' was a major hit, scoring Selena a top 10 hit here in the UK and worldwide it's one of her biggest singles. Eww at that cover lmao. For some reason I thought Marshmello wasn't popular on here so this would miss top 20 but nah. Selena is at her best as a dance vocalist, as I said for something else the vulnerability in her voice is spot on for the song. Love this.
  15. Debuts at #22 in Scotland
  16. HRVY’s just announced on Instagram he’s releasing an album, no date yet but we have a cover *.* it is very JLS 2011 but I like it, the colours are nice! I wouldn’t call myself a stan but I’m really excited for an album by him, he’s put out some pure pop goodness over the years
  17. 17. Rare Average: 7.48 But I know that I'm special: Josh!, Tombo (10) Jay*, Liam, Nina West (9) It feels like you don't care: Bré (3) Jade (5) 'Rare' lands in the middle, being the only post-album single from the original album of the same name. The song opened the album (until she fiddled round with the tracklisting to reflect Spotify streaming coin) and is about feeling unappreciated and unvalued. Naturally, it became a single where its performance was mixed. It hit the top 40 in most major territories including the US and UK but it didn't have a great chart run. It's very...rare that songs released after or on the date of the album climb from their debut so it could've done worse? This song is a MOOD. The lyrics are her most relatable for me, not feeling wanted or thought of in my personal life :') If I'm angry or pissed off I will put this on, it was fairly front loaded for me though and I can't say I've listened as much as other songs on the album recently. Still a fantastic track which is the essence of the album really, not just because it's the same name lol. 6 more coming tonight, next batch of two at 6pm x
  18. Okay I have to honest, as soon as I heard this I did think in the back of my mind 'for the gays anthem that doesn't become a wider hit' and it's obviously far too early to tell but I fear that'll happen. Meh, it's still a #1 in our hearts <3 (probably what Teddy Sinclair had to say to herself when Mirrors, a similar masterpiece flopped </3)
  19. I love it in all its cheapness :kink: Omg No Tears snubbed, that list is cancelled then x
  20. The Promise, an all time fave
  21. The right choice :cheeseblock: I remember the build up to this so well, fond memories <3

I don't think she has lost that much support tbh, the Romance era would've been a sophomore slump (on a lower scale) anyway. Stan twitter doesn't reflect the GP Tbf she has been to BLM protests and has supported the movement for a long time, I'm not saying that completely exonerates her but I have no interest in cancelling her for comments she made at 15. The sad thing is Ignorance is a massive problem amongst teenagers. I'd honestly say about 50% of WHITE people my age (17) say the n-word regularly (I don't), maybe more. That doesn't justify her at all, it's just surprised me how shocked everyone was by what she posted. Maybe it's a problem that's gotten worse recently idk, I just hear a lot of racist and homophobic jokes in my school. Stormzy made homophobic tweets saying f*ggot and the likes when he was 21, not 15 like Camila. Should he be cancelled? No imo, because he's apologised and clearly isn't like that now.
  23. 18. Same Old Love Average: 7.43 Don't you try and change your mind: Dexton (11) Andrew., Liam, Nick F1, Nina West, ...ready for it, Tombo (10) Heard it all before, at least a million times: Tawdry Hepburn (-1) Riser (3) It's Tawdry Hepburn's birthday as 'Same Old Love', Revival's second single drops out around the halfway point. Upon release the reception this got was...not great, especially on here and I'm still not sure why. Did it feel like a regression after 'Good For You'? Idek, anyway most of y'all have warmed to it I think and that's reflected in its 7.4 average, dragged down from 7.9 by the -1 :frankie: In the UK this flopped peaking at #81 but I'd say it's well known for its peak and it should go gold, ahead of its time smash *.* And this was mega in America, becoming her second consecutive top 5 single. Taste! I'll never get why this gets so much hate, it's her 3rd best song I loved this from first listen, it's the more mature side of Selena with a relatable vocal delivery (does that make sense?) and so effortlessly hooky. For me it was a great single, not only because it smashed in America but it represents the album well imo.
  24. Following in Kylie's footsteps
  25. SAVE ALICE y'all heathens
