Kill Em was a 'rare' (best joke ever) event in that it was a Selena single doing better in the UK than the US - reaching #35 over here and only #39 there. The fact Selena got two post-album single hits in the streaming era with Revival needs more recognition omg :clap: The Revival era was so big here compared to everything before <3 Another 10 from me, this was instant love when I first heard the album on release day (I actually didn't connect with a few of the Revival tracks until recently, and the title track, Rise and Perfect are still fillers) and while I remember the outrage when this was picked over Sober I think it was a solid choice for 4th single! The whistle beat is addictive and this as a whole is total ear candy. Fab single.

20. Back To You Average: 7.29 You could break my heart in two: Tombo, UltraBeKind (10) Josh! (9.5) We never got it right: Bré (3) blacksquare, Jade, ...ready for it (5) Scraping the top 20 is 'Back To You', from the 13 Reasons Why (which Selena produces, multi-talented legend) soundtrack. I feel like I'm the only person my age who's never seen that show at all, it'd probably terrify me :lol: Back To You established itself as a hit pretty sharply, debuting in the UK top 40 and eventually peaking at #13. It actually made the top 10 in most countries and the year-end lists where it didn't here so it maybe should've done a teensy bit better. While I've never seen the show, I am grateful to it for giving us this The actual drop isn't especially anything you haven't seen before but the production mixes the guitar-based verses with the chorus amazingly, producing a fireside anthem *.* This placed about where I expected tbh. Last result of the night coming up!

I'm not saying it was the best joke in the world but it's really not that confusing I like that she's done some promo here on Graham/The One Show, if at all possible I can see her getting a BGT lives performance or even Strictly.

Feel Me Average: 7.12 No one love you like I love you: Andrew., George.keh, UltraBeKind (10) ...ready for it, Tombo (9) You'll always be alone: Bjork (3) blacksquare, Tawdry Hepburn (4) 'Feel Me' was originally recorded in 2016, for a new album or standalone single I'm not sure although I can't imagine it alongside Bad Liar and Fetish on a record lmao. Selena performed it during the Revival Tour (my date was cancelled :() but as a rebased single it never saw the light of day until February this year, where it became a promo single from the deluxe of Rare. Upon release, it charted at the lower ends of the top 100 in the UK and US. :wub: This is in my top 5 Selena it's GORGEOUS. Selena sounds so vulnerable on the song which compliments the light house production, the blend of Vox and instrumentals I wanted this to do better but it was only a promo single so I can't complain I guess! In 2016/17 this would've smashed. Two more coming later tonight :magic:

You may be waiting a wee while for the next one out :eyes: 'Hit The Lights' was the final single ever released by the group and commercially they didn't go out on a high as it was their only single to miss the Hot 100 entirely. The song is about letting yourself go and living for the moment, a common theme in Selena's early tracks. Another slice of dance-pop goodness *.* This is quite a fitting single to end The Scene on I think, it's a nice sum up of their sound.

It's also on a 'Film Edition' of the album on Apple Music that's available in New Zealand, I wonder if we'll get that at midnight. Ellie: I appreciate her honesty lmao

1. Gimme More 2. Piece Of Me 3. Break The Ice Break The Ice is nice but not a highlight on the album and way down the pecking order in terms of her best singles, Piece Of Me I enjoy but it's not one of my faves from her but Gimme More is her best ever, and one of the best pop songs of all time. Not the hardest choice *.*

#3 on Australian iTunes and almost top 200 on UK Apple Music Albums :clap:

Imma say #2 with about 11k, she could be #1 but I think one of Juice WRLD or Boyzlife will stop her, probably the first. Due to bundles I'm not ruling out that she could get 15-20k though.

It didn't make the charts in the UK or US but was #57 in Canada and #6 on the Bubbling Under Hot 100, so smash. Feel Me is the last non-actual single standing, of course *.* Love this so much, not on a par with the other Revival singles but damn close :wub: The nu-wavey sound in the verses is fire, and the chorus is pop perfection. This is the definition of a promo single imo, it wouldn't have worked as a full one although over here idk if it would've done any worse than Same Old Love. A respectable showing.
