really not "looking forward" to it but will be keeping up obviously out of a sense of obligation. if anything at least it won't be as bad as 2016 now that we've had him for 4 years. 2016 felt like the floor falling out from underneath.

been really loving the title track recently, he really leaned into the indie influences — sounds like bon iver at first then heads into the national territory w the climax. so gorge

anyone listen to whole new mess yet? i'd make a thread but it's mostly stripped down all mirrors tracks so it seems more like an addendum to all mirrors than anything. anyway i'm only posting here just to say that "waving, smiling" (one of the two new tracks) is currently making me very weepy l-Vl6_pSQWw edit: the stripped down version of "chance"... ma'am it hurts !!!

i mean... the bar is set so low that it's touching magma and is melting, so yes

wow! calling the vatican immediately to tell them to forget about that 15-year-old who died of leukemia, we have a walking saint among us. imagine the electoral landslide if he'd just buy pizzas for the children detained by ICE and the families of the 200k dead covid victims, each one should have "sorry it happened <3" written in hot sauce on it, that would be cute :)

leaving the world of niche entries behind and trying to appeal to the pop hoes next month. I have a bunch of Spanish-language potentials so I might just try throwing all of them at the wall at some point and seeing what sticks. the one I'm thinking of is the most BJ-friendly tho I think~

congrats to Jake, a well deserved win!! also forgot about my deduction lmao but good to know I would've cracked 100 points if my dumb ass had anything close to time management !

an 18 holy shit lmfao thank you tartford, wholly unexpected !!!!!!!

s/o to the retro/indie bloc for lifting me up out of bottom 3 !

points from 2 nations so far 😭 won't last but ty! top part of the scoreboard looking very much like my own votes so far which I'm happy with!

whoops I will send them in ASAP, sorry! cementing last place then x

they're preparing his homunculus flesh puppet in the event of his death (source)

glad to hear! I don't think it's such a massive departure as everyone's making it out to be tbh, from the last three albums yeah, but there have been shades of folklore in her previous music before, even in her previous album! ty for the comment!
