I’m only partially here! Please don’t let me be 21st….

Voted almost a day early (for me!) Too many songs to vote for.....

I’ve got a high percentage (due to my limited number of contests) of instances where Q predictions have ended in NQ - and with a few of them I wasn’t even close!

Watch me now not qualify! Trying to remember if I’ve ever had a winner prediction before!

Loreen Netta Nemo Duncan Laurence JJ Dara Kalush Orchestra Maneskin Jamala Salvador

I’m glad it’s not all one way traffic I wish I’d gotten Mighty Hoopla tickets last year to see Amy perform

I’m up for that to take the overall record - currently joint between Novak and the vile Margaret Court

It pains me to put Emma second twice, but that’s the power of Mel C!

Yeah it’s an odd one - especially when Italy finished so high…..and even Cyprus with some dodgy live vocals

The joy of multiple listens I’ve gone through multiple feelings, from ‘where da hits at?’ to ‘oh there’s a good set of songs here’, to ‘oh f***, I like a lot of the songs the same amount’!!!

Yeeees Amy made it. That song and album has a special memory for me

Just don’t jinx us! SF1 is so open - literally have no idea what will/wont qualify. Can defo see a lot of songs scoring between 40 and 60

Damn missed the listen through. Hope everyone had fun

Hope it’s good - I’m hosting a film screening of it next week

As per normal and after a few listens of my semi final - literally have no idea….

One thing I find fascinating about Italy’s success is that for a contest that celebrates individuality and is very popular with the queer community, Italy as a country is quite conservative.

It does feel really unfair that every year Germany and Uk get destroyed by the public vote, yet Italy seem to benefit. Sometimes they have sent great songs but I cannot find much in this years song I’d go as far as to say the three countries could send the same songs, sung in the same way and Italy would still get a three figure score, with the other two getting nout

I want a certain winner for sentimental reasons Dynamite to go

Justice for Estonia (but still get them vocal lessons)

FFS so my personal fave Estonia would have qualified over Sweden and Belgium (Comfortably) on a public vote! This is why you need competent singers….

Was the hype a poisoned chalice? I never saw the hype myself but I can see why people like it I did like the Sweden song but I'm kind of glad it underperformed. I just wish Italy had underperformed as well

Was behind by over an hour so kept off of here. Shame Delta didn't win the jury vote - but what a great public vote for her Bulgaria coming out of nowhere is an amazing story - but two years in a row where the contest has been saved..... And I am not surprised Finland did a Sweden
