All ready number 1 so obviously will.

Assume Eminem will blow away the opposition this week with 'Kamikaze' (that is if available on iTunes).
  3. Totally agree and the first line from Music Week is misleading (Can one million Greatest Showman fans be wrong?), one million sales does not equate to one million people consuming the Music.
  4. IF England do win the World Cup I can see Baddiel & Skinner being pushed for a new version with different lyrics :)

    1. THE CARTERS - EVERYTHING IS LOVE 7. XXXTENTACION - ? 9. XXXTENTACION - 17
  6. Just needs a Remix really - a few lyrics would help as well. Either that or a rap.
  7. No sign of 'Hey Duggee - The World Cup Kick Song' yet then ? Watch it explode when England scramble a 1-0 win against Tunisia next Monday. Also what price 'Party Like A Russian' from Robbie Williams making some progress on Thursday after his appearance in the Opening Ceremony? Both unlikely to happen in reality!
  8. It must be all the publicity Demi Lovato has been getting over the last 24 hours
  9. Performed on The One Show tonight, was particularly impressed with her voice.

Lily Allen's last 2 Solo Albums got to #1, not looking too promising this time.

Unless Clean Demi reduces to 59p next week - both Jess Glynne and Clean Demi will also have the advantage of Summertime Ball appearances.

Surprised more haven't gone for Clean Bandit (may be the incorrect feature in the vote has put people off), they have now overtaken Jess Glynne on streaming although I think it will be close next week.
  13. Amazon have a pre-order Album 'Beautiful Life' on their schedule slated for the 20th July.
  14. Just featured on the BBC One o'clock News and there is a special Documentary tonight.

Jessie J seems to have split her Album (R.O.S.E.) up into four parts - first EP (Realisations) is out today, currently at #12. As the EPs will not be eligible for the Album chart it is a Release Strategy that will dent any hope of a decent chart position for the consolidated release...

The Greatest Showman has all ready overtaken Arctic Monkeys to return to the iTunes #1 - the DVD/Blu-ray release yesterday seems to have given the Album (and a lot of the tracks) a big boost.
  17. Totally expected in my opinion , five years after AM there was clearly going to be massive demand. I think it is extremely harsh to describe it as 'so bad', I think four out of five sums it up...they have avoided going for the massive singles this time but that doesn't make it a bad Album.

It's a re-release of their 2001 Album 'Secrets', not one of the vintage Albums to be fair.
  19. DVD and Blu-ray are out on May 14th so not long to wait - I think a million is more or less guaranteed by the end of year. Current Top 3 could stay the same for rest of year although hoping the Arctic Monkeys can have a say.

Previous Studio Album from the Manics opened in July 2014 with Sales of about 20k, suspect similar Sales will secure a #2 placing this week (same as "Futurology") behind "The Greatest Showman" which should easily get to the top again.
  23. The Singles from album 3 were certainly not as strong as first 2, going to download this new one and check it out.
  24. We will never know of course but the breakdown of the 1st vote in the Final (with all four finalists still in) suggests similar popularity (Donel 29.58% and Ruti 29.41%). Interestingly Ruti won the final vote (with just final two) fairly comfortably (Ruti 58.3 and Donel 41.66%) and I think her Winner's song was more suited to success than his.
  25. Ruti's freefall seems to have started but still holding on to top spot which is definitely longer than expected. Calvin Harris, Dua Lipa looking to return to the top later today.
