I wouldn’t count on it depending on who gets the Amazon exclusive next year. Can’t think of anyone (who could realistically get it) who would benefit from extra fanbase sales as much as Kylie though

I’ve just put £100 on her at 5/4, no doubt Wham will suddenly find 20k sales from somewhere!

Wanted to order the single on Amazon but wouldn’t get here until Friday so guessing it wouldn’t count for this week

I noticed Gwen’s doing a lot worse this week, she was #19 last Monday but #42 this week, maybe Alexa has shifted all her focus to Kylie?

I wish we had details on her midweek sales figures last week to see how she ended up at #16 by Friday… but she is doing a lot better on the Amazon chart this week so hopefully the drop throughout the week won’t be as dramatic plus she does have a 7k cushion. We definitely can’t afford to be complacent though.

It is insane that Kylie is challenging Wham, who were basically her peers in the 80s, for Xmas #1 with a brand new song versus their 41 year old classic.

#1 is a tall order this week. The only Amazon exclusive that’s went #1 so far was Ellie in 2019, the week after the Christmas chart, so I think next week is still looking more likely but if she could get the Christmas #1 that would be amazing

I’m gonna hold off on downloading until we have a better idea where she is tomorrow and Tuesday, it might be better to wait until next week
