That is absolutely ridiculous and seems designed to target artists like Kylie who benefit from cassettes. It’s the singles chart not the streaming chart, if you can get your fanbase to spend money on your track I don’t know why the OCC acts like that’s a bad thing? The streaming chart does exist if you’d rather know what’s doing well on that specifically

The song itself isn’t exactly a classic just because the movie is, it didn’t chart anywhere until 2022. I definitely wouldn’t expect it to be above Thriller without a lot of help from playlists.
