There’s plenty of ace cards they could play, whether they do play them this week is another story! I still think this is the week to go for top 10 with it being so close, especially with streaming kind of stalling the past few days, you just don’t know when or if the chance will come again. Pink’s singles have done alright on streaming but there’s always a point where they seemingly hit a ceiling and can’t go any further, without further playlist support (which is looking unlikely sadly) I worry Kylie will do the same.

I need BMG to pull their finger out tomorrow and get some alternate versions up. Keep the momentum going!

I’m torn on whether to buy the CD single or not… on the one hand I really want to help but the £7 price tag is a bit too much

Yeah. If not this week when top 10 is in reach then what are you holding off for, to go #1? I’d love that but I’d rather secure top 10 and then see where it goes. I’m not saying milk it dry in one week! But they definitely should react in some way to spur the fanbase into action

I think this is the best week tbh, obviously you want streaming to keep growing but we just don’t know where the ceiling is. I’d rather play it safe and pull out the stops for a top 10 this week while it has physicals and is close than hold off for a better week and risk letting it peter out.

This is definitely the week to pull those remixes, acoustics, instrumentals, and (dare I say it) signed CDs out of the vault

I think those awful remixes last year did a lot of damage too, this should really be an easy iTunes #1 for at least the first day. Obviously it’s doing well on streaming but Madonna sadly isn’t exactly the one driving those figures! I’m sure Vulgar will do better on sales due to her heavily promoting it on socials but Popular is the real chance at a hit we’ve been waiting for since MDNA and it’s just… crickets from Madonna fans

If she did unlimited 99p signed singles like those two did she easily could I think, but I doubt BMG want to throw money away like that

Madonna’s #3 in the US and #10 worldwide, cannot believe her and Kylie are getting streaming smashes together in 2023. Happy Pride month I guess :wub:

It bodes well for the chart this week if the CD singles are going to be included and streaming is much stronger. I don’t want to jinx it with a prediction at this stage! I had a horrible feeling she was going to peak just outside the top 50

I’m waiting for them to slash the price on the CD personally, or at least offer free postage. £7 on a CD single is a bit much for me!
