That’s so frustrating, it could’ve finally sneaked into the top 10 when the Christmas songs drop out

Plus it literally is passive if you don’t specifically choose to listen to a song, they can sneak anything on those playlists and watch them rack up streams. I can’t imagine the amount of workplaces that just stick on Today’s Hot Hits (or whatever it’s called) instead of the radio.

I just realised Kylie's Santa Baby is missing from the charts this year. What's up with that? Playlists I'm guessing but you'd think she'd be higher up them if anything with the good year she's had

Exactly she’s not a daytime kind of act! She’s bigger than pretty much anyone else they can get as a headliner. Just pure ageism. I’d rather she didn’t perform at all than be given the Sunday afternoon slot personally

Yes, BMG were great for Golden and DISCO and re-establishing Kylie in the charts but a major label could’ve handled this era so much better. BMG don’t really know what to do when they’ve got a hit on their hands. Vegas really messed this era up too, it stopped Kylie from going full-force with promo in the UK. Which is just silly when this is by far her biggest market

With it only being at #4 on iTunes I just can’t see it happening. I don’t think most people would even know the Christmas #1 is decided this week
