  1. I knew it wasn’t going to recreate Padam but for it to do worse than Say Something and Dancing would be really disappointing. I’m not overly keen on the song itself honestly, I love Kylie but she has become a little more… Americanised in light of her recent US success, I think that might be off-putting to some.
  2. Wait I’m sure I got the Future one right? Did I not send my answer for that one?
  3. I’m happy to hear that, I’m definitely hoping for something less dance-y.
  4. FINALLY I get some points!
  5. All I was basing it off was that I knew the 1000th number one was in 2005 after 50-odd years of the charts. Pretty crazy to think we’re already nearly halfway to 2000!
  6. Yeah I am fuming at myself and my maths skills for this one because I do know all of their ages I just added them up incorrectly and somehow got 127 instead of 137
  7. Welp I didn’t take the 3 track rule into consideration for this question obviously!
  8. I hoped Padam Padam would’ve put her in a stronger position starting this era but I really think the random collabs have squandered any hype there might have been. It was probably always going to be a fluke but Tension getting to #19 proves it wasn’t necessarily a one-off. I think they messed up big time after that however.
  9. True but I expected the main version to hang in there for a bit longer considering how long Padam stayed at #1 and how the overall market gets weaker every year. Can’t see her making top 40 this week sadly

Totally messed up the ages one an I’m fuming at myself because I knew all of their ages, I’m just terrible at maths lol
  11. She’s fell from #1 on iTunes already, not a great sign
  12. That’s ridiculous that Kylie’s so low on NMF. Although doing so many random collabs over the past few months hasn’t exactly helped hype build up for this new album
  13. It’s been the weirdest presale, it would ONLY show you tickets on the map, but now it’s changed to like a list view. Usually in presales they do “best available” and you just have to take whatever tickets they throw at you (and say you’re a bot if you don’t). I don’t know if that would’ve been intentional, I’ve never seen that in a presale before. Not that I’m complaining because I got to choose where I sit! Although it is weird that thousands of tickets disappeared from the presale after I bought mine.
  14. I think there was a mistake with the Glasgow presale because I was on at 10am bang on and almost every seat in the arena was available. They usually only open certain sections for the presale. I went back on at 10:30am out of curiosity and there were about 10 tickets left! I haven’t seen many people saying they got tickets and the queue wasn’t huge so I can’t see her selling out that quick. I think they put more tickets on sale than they were meant to.
  15. I don’t know about that, I think Wonder is her best song in a long time. Never Really Over is the last one that instantly connected with me like that, or, well, connected at all.
  16. The domination of Sabrina and Chappell (I love pop girls but they don’t do it for me) is tiring though. I wish someone else would get a shot
  17. It’s a bit frustrating because, while Padam was HUGE and Tension was a top 20 smash, Tension as a whole was her weakest album in a while and it really lacked the longevity of Disco and Golden. I kind of just wanted her to move on to something new with this next album. It feels a bit like a Carly Side B album - seen as a bunch of tracks that weren’t good enough to make the original (even if in Kylie’s case that’s not true). I realise how negative I’m coming across :P I just never fell in love with Tension the way I did the previous 2 albums.
  18. Really? I’m not sure I agree, the top end of the chart is full of pop music again. You’d think his new single would fit right in, it really reminds me of We Can’t Be Friends and I kind of expected it to perform similarly.
  19. Really? Like what? I’m genuinely curious, the only album tracks I saved were What Makes A Woman and Cry About It Later but I don’t go back to either of them at all.
  20. I think it’s marginally better than Smile (if you exclude Never Really Over and Small Talk), Wonder is really doing the heavy lifting though.
  21. That seems very unfair. It’s not a great (or good) album by any means but it’s not even the worst in Katy’s discography nevermind the worst album of the last 13 years
  22. The Weeknd out of the top 50 already! Who could’ve seen that coming

This was a surprise, I was looking forward to it but it’s still so much better than I was expecting. Floodgate, Crown and Better for Worse are on repeat for me. I hope she can at least chart in the UK, The Ride failed to do so but I really don’t know what to expect for this one.
  24. I would consider someone who intentionally seeks out child pornography to be very jail worthy
  25. That seems a very light sentence considering the crime
