  1. As others said, Jess Glynne waited too long. I'd probably say the same about Calum Scott - he didn't make much of a splash with anything he released from his second album.
  2. Yeah, I don't think fans who are blaming individuals for his death should be listened to. Plus it's pretty crass.
  3. I think it's very simplistic to say people are getting 3 year sentences just for sending tweets. If you make a social media post telling people to set a hotel on fire, you deserve a long sentence.
  4. I'm just amazed it took them that long. I mean I get that many creators rely on it but I don't think it has been useful to them for a while.
  5. Simon Cowell has made a statement on his Instagram which I think is very touching too. Sadly people just have to be extremely nasty and mean-spirited about it.
  6. It's uncomfortable seeing people on Reddit blaming Simon Cowell for the whole thing, what with the BGT auditions being postponed cos of it. Yet they would be complaining that he didn't say anything.
  7. Jesus. I was hoping it wasn't true.
  8. I'm really hoping the Liam Payne thing isn't true.
  9. It's the cartoon villain-esque language. Does she really think being autistic gives you economic advantages? She has no clue and maybe politicians are better off talking about things they have a clue about. Thankfully she is probably unlikely to be in power.
  10. I maintain the opinion that accommodations for neurodivergent people can benefit everyone in quite a lot of cases. Why is adapting around that (and mental health) a bad thing? I'm genuinely not sure what point she's trying to make.

Aim for an album consistently in Q4, every two years. A few singles throughout the year in the build-up, as many TV appearances/performances as I can get.

Nicky is starting his own podcast from 10th October and the first guest is... Brian McFadden.
  13. I'm not sure the general public needs to know all the details as long as it's dealt with though.
  14. I actually quite like it. It has been a while since I've played a Craig David song more than once.
  15. Didn't he say that he wasn't very keen on Shape of You but felt like he had to play the game (he said in a Zane Lowe interview that "no one would have listened to Perfect if Shape of You hadn't come first") and/or it was intended for Rihanna? He said on the Graham Norton Show that he was hoping that Castle on the Hill would replace Shape of You at #1 but sadly that never happened.
  16. The themes seem to work for him, even if just to tie the whole thing together in some way. I'm intrigued to see what he puts out next year - I'd like something that has a similar energy to Castle on the Hill with a big chorus.
  17. Slight climb to #27 (#31 last week). Elyanna version: VZRevp5HlE4

I'm looking forward to giving Epic Mickey a go when I've got the means to pay for it.
  19. JLS

Yeah, probably a 15th anniversary release with a few remixes/new tracks thrown in.

I wonder if he could sell out Wembley Stadium. He's done the arenas for years.

The last album also had Here, which also charted higher than some of the more dancey stuff, like All Of These Nights.
  22. I'll believe it when I see it, but I'm not optimistic. There's nothing Trump could do to lose supporters. Nothing.
  23. I think this is almost a given, as it wouldn't make for particularly good telly otherwise. With the celebrity edition, there's nothing at stake. Not even a prize for charity, so it's a pride thing as much as anything. Maybe that gave Jeff & Freddy a bit more freedom, so to speak.
  24. Enjoyable series. I'd have been happy with any of them winning but I'm impressed at the top 2 given how small their budgets were by the end. Certainly not the easiest sprint to the finish line they've had - climbing a volcano!
  25. It'll be interesting to see who they go with. I think they will steer clear of politicians this year. They can't avoid names that are going to be considered controversial because otherwise they'll have basically no one.
