Whether this new party is a success remains to be seen but I admire the fact they are trying. We do need, as said above, a "progressive" party that people will actually be excited about. I'm not getting that from Labour (and, frankly, since election night last year, I haven't).

In a way I prefer his upper register to his lower, I think that's where he shines. I was worried that after 2 years away, it would have been a case of the fans having moved on (we know how fickle the music industry can be) but I'm glad that has not been the case.

I like it. I probably would have still fancied it if it was just a piano ballad but this is a bit more than that.

He's just released what I think is the second single off his new album, Fight Another Day. He released "Fight Another Day" a month ago but I don't know if that was a promotional single or not.

He's been #9 both weeks so far, but #2 in the sales chart. I suppose being higher in the sales chart than the main chart applies to most artists at this point.

It's a bit hit and miss regarding whether any of his soundtrack songs do well chart wise. Celestial (#6) and I See Fire (#13) did well commercially but I don't think any of the others did. No biggie though as these aren't like your typical single release.

I would have liked to know exactly how much money they all had at the end. It did seem like none of them were really in dire straits. Betty and James last year only had the equivalent of a few pounds iirc.

I have a backlog of some Switch games I wanted to get through first before picking up the Switch 2, by which point they might have brought out a bit more for me to sink my teeth into. Mainly in the form of platformers, hopefully.

Yes, and he clearly needed more recovery time, not to return to performing so soon. That may have slowed down the recovery process.

They're not mysterious. They told us he had sepsis and an operation on his hernia and was taking time out to recover.

I think I prefer this to Azizam. I really like that but mainly for the instrumental drop, whereas I'm really liking his vocals in this.

I'd say so. If it was what you'd describe as an "instant grat" I don't think he'd be teasing it for several weeks prior to the release.

I wonder if the timing of this release may help it (as we're going into the summer months). It would be nice to see him get a #1 (or at least a higher placing than Azizam) but it would be surprising to do that with what wasn't the lead single.

After the events of last summer, and the extent to which misinformation contributed to it, can you blame them? I think it was more about that than pressure from people on social media.

Harry wouldn't have been my pick but after six consecutive years of either a singer or comedy act winning, it's nice to see someone else win.

Why book a tour in the first place if you know of the crime you committed three years ago? It's naïve to think you can hide forever.

I was wondering whether the vote being open from the start makes a difference or not. I guess running order matters a bit less. They brought it back last year so they must have been happy enough with it.
