  1. I've heard 14th April based on the sponsorship page.

Tailor made for gyms, and I'm not saying that because of the lyrics. I do quite like it, although I'm not sure it'll get traction for him.

With regards to Louis, I'm not sure there is a downfall he can experience. He barely does any telly these days anyway and you don't hear of him that much unless something boyband related is in the media. He's never really struck me as one to care particularly how he comes across.

I respect the fact they played to their strengths and knew what their audience was. Maybe it was just unfortunate timing in that it wasn't what people were looking for in the pop world at that time. I did like We R One, and it's the only original of theirs I really gelled with.

What did he do to Lucie Jones? He didn't mentor her and one of his acts was in the sing-off with her.

Jack Whitehall struggles to get much conversation out of British musicians half the time. I dread to imagine how he'll manage with Americans who likely won't get his humour. If anything, after how 2024 shaped up, there needs to be more celebration of UK acts.
  7. If it was country, would that go down well with everyone else? I feel it would end up fading into the background.

I'm thinking: Dressed Crab: Gregory Porter Wolf: Marti Pellow Pufferfish: Samantha Barks

I do feel they've lacked in the song choices department this year. I think the three singers left haven't really had a big moment unlike Danny Jones last year.
  10. Unchained Melody comes to mind.
  11. Not surprising given how much of their success pre-dates streaming, and it's hard to imagine any of their tracks being king on streaming.
  12. So both Boyzone and Ronan on his own got to #2 with Father and Son in Christmas week?

I think Unleash is a great new game. I can understand why the 'one step rule' is there but they might as well just replace it with a ramp.
  14. Interesting choice if it's them. I remembered them from The Voice in 2019.

"Luck Be a Lady" being the clue song sealed it for me. I wonder if it's too obvious for Dressed Crab to be Gregory Porter.
  16. Is that definitely a teaser clip of the actual song?
  17. Grace Davies would be nice. It would be nice to see another X Factor alumni have a shot, particularly someone who never really got to release an album or get the big push they probably would have gotten had they been on the show ten years earlier.
  18. It really depends on what the general mood is surrounding "owning" music.
  19. The comment may have more to do with the extent to which he got attacked for things not to do with the actual contest (the political stuff), which everyone who decided not to withdraw sadly had to deal with.
  20. It is a delicate balance. They would have been wrong to neglect the UK & Europe for America.
  21. Starmer's having to inherit the mess the Tories caused. I also think there's many that just want him to fail regardless. Also, it's a MailOnline poll. Not exactly unbiased.

I particularly admire Mark Clattenburg's approach of telling off the Gladiators like they're part of a rebellious school class.

I think Kingfisher might be Grayson Perry.

The seer thing dampened the final from a TV perspective. Alexander sadly sealed his fate with that final Round Table.

Minah was doing so well but she seemed to slip up as soon as Charlotte came on board. She was naive to think she'd be a similar Traitor to Linda.
