I agree this thread has been taken over about if it’s a flop or not . When the best selling first week sales of the year have been 50k plus then anything close is not a flop . Don’t know if anyone noticed but there’s a pandemic on 🤣🤣🤣

Personally I think what Ed Sheran has done is quite an achievement , regardless of his music is liked or not. Just shows how popular he is but at the same time there's nothing else really appealing ! He's sold almost as much as Adele sold in total last year! Him and adele are in a different league ! Good for him!

She doesn't need to promote to be fair , what she's done is enough! Brits is a celebration of all the artists have had done well last year so she should be year! Great sales though still!

Considering how big the album is to have another top ten hit when more have more or less already got it , is just fantastic ! There is a lot of buzz around this tour in the press and on tv etc no wonder it's heading back to the top! I have tickets for Friday and can't wait ! 😊😊😊

So happy that Adele is back at the top of the charts ! I can see two or three weeks here '! Grammys and Brits will only boast sales ! And hopefully when we will young will impact on the charts after the Brits performance 😝😝

It's the fact it's only been out for two months and people seem to have expected it to have matched 21's sales already! Hello is still in the top ten and hasn't left since release and all I ask is doing well so guys give it time ! Even if it doesn't match 21 success so what it's still broken records in the meantime !

Odd choice really , she only had the one OST can't remember it doing that well, Ellie Goulding or Leanne la Havas I would of chosen there. Little mix , shame they weren't nominated for best group , but they may steal best single ! All in all , some really boring choices! Yawn at Jess glynne: overrated !

Think Ben has been a little bit unlucky with second hand heart! If Kelly clarkson had been able to promote with him we could of seen the song chart a little higher ! In my opinion I thought his X factor performance was weak in comparison to fleur! Don't think he's had a bad start but he just needs to have a second single that smashes it ! Sax had the backing of asda as well , she was right to delay her single by two weeks as it all came into place for her ! Also a top 20 album in such a busy time for albums is good going ! Can't believe Adele is still going to be number this week! Very happy for her !

Someone to sell half an million copies in three days in this current climate is just fantastic ! Shes already beat her first week record (21) three times over and we haven't even finished the week ! Regardless if people like her or not , she's selling bucket loads and making history at the same time ! Will be interesting to see what record sales will be like next week! To think she will get to a million , either this week or next week is just speechless!

Fleur was right to hold back her single for two weeks and will continue to remain top ten I think for a few weeks due to the asda advert! Reasonable chart placing I say! And Adele top again :) there's no stopping her !

Her last album opened with 205,000 and that was in February. There is such a buzz about her at the moment surely she will pass 400-450k within first week and by year end if not before she will surpass one million sales ! Hello is probably gonna sell 300k pass today , that's a crazy amount for a single that's just dropped fromnowhere!
