what quality -better PR with using selena's name to sell his music, fake crying on stage etc. his singles are ok but other songs on his boring album are exactly the same. he is a stream artist as he cannot get #1 without that..

i think biebs will get uk #1 in the last minute.maybe even in ireland. even though 1d's album is better. he never had that many fans in the uk so its surprising..but he is promoting really well.

i think in north america biebs will be #1 for sure.. 1d is not even 100% in the uk which is a shame.
