  3. Robbie Williams shares another blue plaque in London to honour Oasis: “Good luck tonight lads”The pop star has recreated the '(What’s The Story) Morning Glory?' cover artwork too, ahead of his former rivals' reunion ByTom Skinner 4th July 2025 Oasis' Liam Gallagher and Robbie Williams at Glastonbury Festival in 1995. CREDIT: Brian Rasic/Getty Images Robbie Williams has unveiled another blue plaque in London to honour his former rivals Oasis, ahead of the band’s return to the stage tonight (July 4). The sign has been ‘installed’ on Berwick Street in Soho – the location of the iconic cover of the Britpop group’s second album, ‘(What’s The Story) Morning Glory?’ (1995). It reads: “Robbie Williams – heard it, saw it, loved it, lived it, wanted it and snorted it… That’s The Story.” Tagging Oasis in the post, Williams wrote in the caption: “GOOD LUCK TONIGHT LADS.” He also recreated the ‘…Morning Glory’ cover artwork. The recreation sees the singer sporting the red tracksuit he wore at Glastonbury 1995 when he partied with Oasis at the height of the Britpop era. WATCH Williams’ upcoming new album, ‘Britpop’, also features him in the same outfit on its cover art. Check out his tribute to Oasis here: Last week saw Williams unveil a blue plaque at Glastonbury 2025 – 30 years on from his visit to the festival in ’95. This led to rumours that he would be making a surprise appearance at this year’s event, but the star quickly confirmed that he was “not performing”. Williams spoke last year about being on tour at the same time as Oasis’ massive reunion shows: “I don’t think anyone could compete with that – including Taylor Swift, who’s the biggest artist on this planet. So no, it’s not a competition, even though it bloody is.”In May, NME asked Williams if he would be attending any of Oasis’ concerts this year. He responded: “Not only will you not be seeing me at any Oasis shows, you will not be seeing me at any shows full stop. I’m a wonderful agoraphobe, and a very happy agoraphobe.” He had previously commented on the reunion, saying: “The soap opera alone will either be exciting and or ghoulish to watch. As for the shows? They’re gonna be incredible, off-the-scale special.” Williams said the comeback would be a “healing moment for our country”. Williams praised the “charismatic” Liam Gallagher as well, before making a slight dig at his older brother: “Noel will be there too.” The pop star jumped in to defend Oasis amid the dynamic pricing ticket controversy last year. A feud between Williams and Oasis ignited when Noel referred to him as “the fat dancer from Take That”. Williams went on to challenge Liam to a £100,000 fight at the 2000 BRIT Awards. In 2022, the singer called the Gallagher brothers “gigantic bullies” but said he was still “a huge fan” of Oasis. Responding to the remarks, Liam explained: “I’ve never bullied anyone in my life I’m a massive piss taker for sure and probably gone a little too far sometimes, but if I’ve ever hurt anyone’s feelings I apologise.” Williams also took a jibe at Liam upon the news of his 2022 return to Knebworth Park, which staged some of Oasis and Williams’ biggest ever shows. Late last year, he shared how he thought Liam and Noel would react to their depiction in his new biopic Better Man. Meanwhile, Noel Gallagher has said Oasis are “sounding huge” ahead of tonight’s first comeback show at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium. Support for the UK and Ireland leg of Oasis Live ’25 comes from Richard Ashcroft and Cast – see the full stage times for Cardiff night one here, and check out the latest weather forecast. In other news, Williams has previewed the forthcoming ‘Britpop’ with the single ‘Rocket’ featuring Black Sabbath‘s Tony Iommi. Robbie Williams shares another blue plaque in London to honour Oasis: "Good luck tonight lads" In other news it is reported that Robbie has been nominated for a Knighthood . 5. Video thanks to https://www.youtube.com/@OnPartEnConcert COME TOGETHER Live BRITPOP Tour Paris Defense Arena 02.07.2025 THE KING OF ENTERTAINMENT! The King of Entertainment, self-proclaimed but validated by the public, is back in Paris a little more than 2 years after his superb "XXV Tour" which celebrated his 25 years of solo career! OnPartEnConcert take you this time to the Défense Arena to see ROBBIE WILLIAMS present his BRITPOP Tour on Wednesday, July 2, 2025! An exceptional show of more than 2 hours and at 51 years old, Robbie Williams is still a showman and THE pop superstar he thinks he is! Robbie sings, dances and makes jokes with his British humor that we love, he is generous and very close to his audience with his many (too many for some...) speeches! It was indeed necessary to have a minimum command of English to understand these interactions. But if it's not the case, it's okay, Robbie doesn't blame you: "those who don't understand anything I'm telling you, just applaud at the same time as the others, I'd be just as happy"! Brief... A Robbie concert is not to be missed, last night you had to be there to live this magnificent moment! For those who haven't been so lucky, don't panic, the next appointment with Paris is almost already taken... he promised he'd be back soon!
  6. Have an absolutely brilliant time Alex ..

  15. Robbie Williams urges Stokies to do one thing in Stoke-on-Trent 100th birthday videoStory by Hayley Parker • 34m • Robbie Williams is urging fellow Stokies to help set a new world record by taking part in the biggest ever tea party. The pop megastar will be raising his best Stoke-on-Trent teacup to raise a toast to his home city. And the Port Vale fan is now urging everyone else in the Potteries to take part in the Big Centenary Tea Party too. It will see schools, businesses and communities come together over a cuppa to celebrate 100 years of city status on July 8 at 11am. The aim is to gather the largest number of people taking part in a simultaneous cream tea party across multiple venues - from garden gatherings and office events to street parties and family get-togethers. There are two ways to get involved from hosting your own tea party or by joining the world record attempt. Urging people to take part in a video released a week before the bid, Robbie, 51, who grew up in Burslem and Tunstall, said: "Hello Stoke, I hear you're all having a brew to celebrate 100 years of our brilliant city, Stoke-on-Trent. "It's going to be loud with over 11,000 Stokies joining the party. We all have things going on in our lives but what a great opportunity for everybody to take a moment to get together, talk and share stories. maybe your tea tastes tremendous in your finest made in Stoke-on-Trent teacups. Time to raid your nan's cupboards. Come on Stoke, let's smash a world record too. Happy 100th birthday to you, Stoke-on-Trent." There are two Big Centenary Tea Party hubs at Hanley's Double Tree Hotel and at the Victoria Hall where food and drink will be provided for free. People can also register to host their own event. Registrations are open until Wednesday, July 2. The current record is held by Yorkshire Building Society, secure in 2015, with 667 members of staff taking part across six different sites. The event is also being supported by Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce, the Community Foundation for Staffordshire, Made in Stoke, Stoke-on-Trent College, VAST, and Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Ambassador Theatre Group.
