The Jon and Vangelis track sounds quite Christmassy to me - I think its the lyrics about the seasons and the sun rising in the east. Very nice song.

Didn't know 'Let U Go' was a cover, its a very good sensible dance track that doesn't sound that dated and deserved to be higher on the chart.

Seems to be only a few dance hits this year, and those few just through Tiktok (I'm guessing that's how BL3SS and Adam Port songs got popular) (the 1 2 3 4 5 wordplay on the BL3SS song chorus seems apt for Tiktok). The Adam Port one shows afro-house will maybe be a trend though. :) I really liked the Cassö follow up so I am really disappointed by it not making the streaming charts. Thought you'd prefer the two Interactive happy hardcore (1996 and 2003) versions.

I am a bit bored of piano house after Joel Corry and other recent UK producers overused it. But I guess this is more breakbeat than house - sounds rather based on his song Hypnagoic (I Can't Wait) from a few years ago (which I loved) although I wish he would have included a non-piano rave bridge bit like in Hypnagogic. So this a bit underwhelming for me :(

I picked the Ultra Naté song because of the great vocal and bassline. I also like Yomanda's OTT trance cover of Free from the 2003 UK chart but its been retitled as the two word 'You're Free' so ineligible for this sadly. The DJ Quicksilver track is quite good too.

Only discovered Clock's 90s version a few years ago and it certainly reminds me a lot of Crazy Frog's version, CF is definitely influenced by it I think! Voted for Clock anyway. The original is good but a bit too slow and dignified for my liking as danG says!
