It sounds very Clubland, like it's from 2003. Following on from Levi Heron reviving that sound last year.
  2. The original instrumental is very like Kylie's 'Love At First Sight'. The Mall Grab remix should have had a Bizarre Inc. rave style part in it to make it more interesting.

If all of us stream it (including Bror), hopefully it will!
  4. Only a matter of time until you become a chart forum mod!
  5. 'Big Love' never gets a revival :(

This week hopefully. Need a Buzzjack streaming party today from now till Thursday. Ciao Bella!
  7. 'Why' is ahead of its time, it has 90s vibes with the piano and also the rhythm being like a bit like Ace of Base. 'Leave In Silence' is much darker from Depeche Mode, they had really changed.
  8. Both artists use x and + symbols of course! Why was the collab never officially released?
  9. 'Young At Heart' is nostalgic for me as it was on the radio a lot in the 90s because of the rerelease. In a 1984 chart original release context it sounds like they were one of those bands who thought they were trying to be less commercial by not using synthesizers. The reggae songs to me are summery and pretty good. I am reminded how much Peter Andre copied the verse melody of 'Sweat A La Long'. 'Tease Me' is more of a dance track production-wise. 'Informer' is catchy! The Take That track is boring.
  10. DaBaby ‒ Pop Dat Thang has some awful lyrics but the production is good - I do like the faster production compared to most hip hop. Juvenile feat. Genesisthegawd Or & Megan Thee Stallion ‒ B B B also has awful lyrics but at least the female rappers have more a say in it. Shaboozey and Jelly Roll - Amen still the best of the many country songs in the chart with its tavern violin sound. Dylan Scott ‒ What He'll Never Have is a decent new entry though. Elsewhere, some good jazzy Bruno Mars songs at least!

Its very film soundtrack. Someone could do a good serious melodic dance remix of it. @danG ?
  12. Voted for 'Maybe Tomorrow' but I still really like it.
  13. Viva La Vida is very good apart from a few cringe anachronistic lyrics 'Roman cavalry choirs are singing'.
  14. I really like the Bob Sinclar and Keisza version of 'I Can't Wait'. The new track by Kungs and Boyz Noise - Get Away has similar vibes and I really like both - both 80s influenced tracks. Bebe Rexha and Faithless' track is very good too.
  15. And now Kungs new track has a rather similar style drop part! Love both 80s influenced tracks!
  16. Why after Bob Sinclar/Keisza last week another Nu Shooz I Cant Wait influenced drop (Kungs x Boyz Noise)? Still voted for it, fun 80s hi-NRG vibes.
  17. For 2001 the Samantha Mumba track is a very nice pop song. For 1996, Robert Miles was great. Also Passion by Gat Decor sounds like a modern Beatport tech house song!
  18. Zoo-ooh-ooh (̶f̶t̶ ̶Z̶o̶o̶e̶y̶ ̶D̶e̶c̶h̶a̶n̶e̶l̶)̶
  19. Bebe and Faithless #43; typical! :(
  20. I like it, new wave and indie disco vibes. At least its different to most modern dance.
  21. 1987 is such a stacked year for UK #1s. I didn't know whether Boy George or Ferry Aid would be first in this for you!

The FAYE Yoghurt one I saw on TV (cringe), although apparently its been around since 2024.

:( Bebe and Faithless - New Religion needs quite a few Buzzjack streams then!
  24. You didn't mention 'Head Over Feet' her best and most unique song in terms of melody.
  25. At the time, I thought 'Kiss Kiss' was a rip off of the early 00s Eurovision sound at the time, so I didn't like it as much as other dance-pop songs of the time like 'Sweet Dreams My LA Ex'.
