Ravyn being added on Capital and already removed from the Radio 1 playlist
  2. 2 Unlimited - The Real Thing vibes
  3. Sounds like Galantis
  4. The Damien remix is less cheesy than the usual S/A/W sound and its is more towards what would become 90s eurodance in its sound. Right Here Waiting is a bit of a cheesy love ballad but has nice production.
  5. Well the big one at the moment in dance is The One by Chloe Caillet, Jocelyn Brown and Luke Alessi. I doubt it will crossover to the charts though!
  6. Is that the single version of Numero Uno you posted? - it doesn't have the female Aretha-esque vocal in it, I prefer the other version which is a great tune!

I'm not a huge fan it's one of her slower less dancey songs.
  8. Is the Spotify UK top 50 playlist more popular then?
  9. 'Nuclear Seasons' on Nick Grimshaw's nighttime Radio 1 show.
  10. The style of minimalist organ production in the verses of Milk Inc's 'Walk on Water' has been used quite a bit in dance hits over the last few years now (including after the chorus of the recent Morgan Seatree/Florence track). 'Nessaja' is good fun. The debut Sean Paul hit is good!
  11. Poor Ane Brun, a one hit wonder with the excellent 'Can't Stop Playin' in 2015.
  12. 'Hey DJ I Can't Dance To The Music You're Playing' is like a cooler version of The Reynolds Girls - similar lyrical themes! Thought it was aimed at non danceable MOR not S/A/W though! Very good track!
  13. He's definitely been listening to that Chicane/Bryan Adams track!
  14. P**f D***y and R. K***y
  15. 'The Theme' is fab. Used to assume Jurgen Vries was German or Dutch too. 'Forever' is a bit cheesy lyrically but I like it. The style of piano in the intro reminds me of the first #1 of a certain French DJ.
  16. Ride On Time is a massive era defining track. The 90s were nearly there indeed!
  17. Dynamit-ee-ee is so catchy and I liked it at the time! Didn't know any other Ms Dynamite songs at the time sadly. It is her signature track from the early 00s (although 'Lights On' and 'Neva Soft' were great too from her in the early 10s. The Enrique track is quite good. Never liked Atomic Kitten much and found them a bit boring at the time.
  18. Difficult choice this week these are all good: HI-LO x Temper - Work That Body HUGEL x David Guetta x Kehlani x Daecolm - Think Of Me Jorja Smith - The Way I Love You Robin Schulz x NERVO x KOPPY - Freaking You Out Subtronics x Flowdan - Hunter Went for Work That Body actually!
  19. Spicy 🌶️
  20. Sonique omitted this time :( 'I Put A Spell On You' charted in 2000. Voted for Muse.
  21. Yeah I like 'She Bangs The Drums' the chorus sounds very Kirsty MacColl-esque to me but I guess a lot of 80s indie sounded like that!
